My experience felt like one every person wishes to have. Grayson Koller was well prepared for our meeting to get me both renters and car insurance. He met me at the door, had all the information printed out, and really took the time to make sure I knew all my options. Can’t thank him enough for getting me the best deal while making sure I understood each step of the process!!

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received. Despite my attempts to reach out, they failed to return my calls or provide clear information about their services. Unfortunately, some of the employees I interacted with were also quite rude. Overall, my experience with this site has been subpar.

I contacted State Farm Agent Nico Hobbs for quotes on various policies. We spoke in person, and he gave me fast, reliable, and efficient service. Any issues that came up were handled in a speedy and professional manner. I would highly recommend him, State Farm Insurance, and the Dennis Bost Agency.

Dennis Bost is good at selling you a quote, but unfortunately, the goodness ends there. If you have an actual claim or problem with your policy, do not expect any help, communication, or even a dose of sympathy from his team. I was impacted by the tornado that hit Little Rock in 2023. When I ran into hiccups with the general State Farm claim handlers, I called Bost's office seeking assistance. They were unhelpful, uninterested and simply offered to "give me the phone number to call for assistance," which was, of course, the 1-800 number. Because apparently it's too much work to be a good neighbor.
The worst offense, however, was that my policy was suddenly dropped without my knowledge. I was never called, emailed, or texted before this happened. Instead, I received an auto-generated text message TWO DAYS after the policy had been dropped, telling me that I no longer had coverage on my home. When I called, Nico answered the phone and said he would speak to an underwriter right away and get back to me. I have not heard back.
At best, Dennis Bost and his team are inept. At worst, they simply do not care. Do yourself a favor and get a different agent.
