This was my 1st time here and when I tell you it was amazing.. no lie, I’m from Houston and I’ve had a hard time finding a good nail shop in LR. Everyone was VERY nice, professional and accommodating. I felt very comfortable here, not to mention I asked for a pink and white French Tip Pedi.. the lady I had killed it.. man it was worth every penny! ?

I took my Dad for the first time and they were wonderful. The gentleman that seated my dad, was so kind and nice. The lady, Taylor, that gave the pedicure was so good and gentle. Wonderful experience. We will definitely use them more.

Today was fill day! I went in wanting butterfly nail art and after showing Tracey ( who is awesome) a couple of pictures she delivered per usual!! I'm extremely pleased with my nails. Thank you for always be efficient & kind

I’m honestly in disbelief. I have never had such a bad experience here but I went in for a pedicure soak off on my toes and hands and a new set of acrylic mind you I’m usually spending $100-200 here so it was packed they had w new guy soaking my acrylic off my toes he nicked me bad so I asked him like dang can you let it soak that’s what I’m paying for, he didn’t let them soak once he gets upset and aggressively wraps my toes I’m like dang yea y’all doing too much for someone to being giving YALL they hard earned money because why do you have a nasty aggressive attitude when you nicked me anyways I asked the owner if I could get my hands soaked at the same time she tells me no we don’t have anyone to service you they don’t know how to do what I’m asking. ma’am what. So they did not even finish taking my acrylic off my toes and expected me to PAY! What in the world am I paying for? Pics will be below showing I still have acrylic on my toes and I got refused service. I’m definitely reporting this. I tried to get past the dirty implements being used and all like when do yall ever use barbicide? Yea never again! Terrible my toes NEVER in my life look like this walking out of a nail salon. *Edit* honestly it was God I immediately found a better salon very clean tools look so clean very nice and professional and I didn’t even have to ask them to start on my hands at the same time and as you can see they still have to soak off my toes! Yes if you’re seeking a luxury nail salon please try Glamour Nails on JFK you get your moneys worth for sure!

Stylist: My nail tech was awesome patient friendly and kind. I went in with design in mind a set I saw on their website. The nail tech that did my fill set was the exact same nail tech that did the style I wanted that I saw on their website. So I was so stunned. We went over the best options for me and what I wanted but we came out with a set that I love and looked even better than what I asked for. Thank you girl! I will be back. And I love the location it's giving very boujee ?

i personally do not recommend this place. had an appointment for 3, barely soaked my feet before getting started. prices dont match what is said on their papers. a deluxe peddy was $47 but ended up being $67 bc of gel. gel THEY put on without asking if i wanted regular polish. thats a secret charge right there. when i got my nails tended too?? everything was fine. but as they started to dry my tech was rushing and got a little upset when i asked for my tips to be darker. it hasnt been a full week and half my polish is chipped off! we went friday, March 22nd. it is now March 27th and my nails have chipped really bad. nails that said $50 on the sheet but ended up being $70 bc i got gel! i got gel on my TIPS. this is not a full hand of gel. they have good service but they getting over lowkey. its not fair. this may not be the best picture, but at the end of my service i didnt even get cuticle oil. we all can see my cuticles need work. she cut them but didnt even rehydrate them. they start to rush when its closer to 7. making you feel like a burden. i hand picked this place hoping it would be a better experience! i will not be coming back, me or the two others i came with. pictures just dont do no justice!

Tracy ALWAYS does my nails and does a great job. She gets to know you and your style. The team is very respectful of my preference of her and is immediately accommodating almost every time I’ve visited. Picking a color is the hardest for me, yet Tracy is the queen of patience and never makes me feel rushed. I’m happy to find a nail salon and tech that I can stick with and call mine! ☺️ Thank you Star Nails and Tracy! ❤️
