We started with TMobile on phone customer service - they said you have to go into the TMobile store, drove 19 miles to the store in Pine Bluff, great service, they called on phone because in fact they could not help at that store - he asked the customer service what we had to do and they said go to corporate store in Little Rock Chenal Pkwy - Oh, no - 45 miles and we said thank you and thanked him for getting customer service to figure this out - We drove to Little Rock - Explained what we were sent for and we were told, no you have to do the customer service for that - I explained that I and the employee in Pine Bluff were told we had to come there - Devin said no we can't do that - So, we asked if he could call customer service to find out what we have to finally do to get this done - he said you can call on your phone - I said well, can't we call on that phone so the customer service can tell us what to do, cause I am thinking with the employee, customer service and myself we may get somewhere, or are we all misunderstanding? He said no, you can call on your own - I asked again and he said you need customer service you can call them and I said yes I need customer service, but your are not going to help me - he said no. Unbelievable? I video the conversation - no customer service in that store at all and I still have a problem with my account.

When I first came to the store couple workers was respectful and very helpful towards me. Made feel welcome at t mobile store I love the energy and service fast when I come here will be the first store I recommend others to come to and handle business.

Laiken was the most helpful person I’ve ever experienced in any customer service situation. I came in to have an old phone unlocked. Even though she had nothing to gain and had other customers to take care of that she could have made a commission on she spent nearly three quarters of an hour assisting me. She was extremely helpful, pleasant and was genuinely interested in doing her best to taking care of a very difficult issue. I will be changing from Verizon to T Mobile. I currently have an iPhone 14 Promax, Applie watch Ultra and an iPad 10th gen with Verizon

Very helpful and courteous staff - good corp location. While the wait time may have been a bit longer on a weekday evening (entirely due to the number of customers with odd issues; def not in their control), the team kept checking in and giving timing updates. Was finally helped by Austin, who was quick and efficient in handling my issue once given the chance - great stuff and super friendly!

Leland was very helpful! I've been having phone issues trying to upgrade with the least expensive way! He has given us every option and allowing us time to think what's best for us! Awesome customer service! He went above and beyond and very happy to help us! Thank you Leland!

Went to this store and they told me I had to go to apple to get the I phone 12 sleeve wallet and bring it back to put it on the account but you can order from the T-Mobile app and they didn't know what they was doing so unprofessional call t mobile hq about this store and hq did apologize to me for the bad experience and this happened last year in 2021

I recently went to the T mobile store to activate 2 IPhones bought at the Apple store. They were able to put in the T mobile SIM cards, but weren’t able to help with set up of the IPhones or transfer data from my backup in the ICloud. The T mobile store did not have WiFi: they didn’t even know the access codes for their WiFi. They didn’t tell me that IPhone 12 required 2 factor identification to access your iCloud data. They sent me home and told me to set up my phones at home. Once you deactivate a person’s old phone, they can’t receive text messages from Apple/ ICloud. This whole experience has been a huge fiasco!
