“I swore I'd never visit another Cabelas/Bass Pro because of the ridiculous pestering for time shares and store credit cards. But as we drove through Springfield, we had to stop in. So happy we did. We spent 3+ hours just exploring all the great things to see. We did get the usual pestering for time share and around every turn we get harassed to apply for a store credit card. This is sooooo annoying. Put an end to that Bass Pro! But we spent money and came away with the usual Bass Pro drip and get up. We decided the $40+ dollar tickets for the wonders of wildlife thing was way to expensive for a family of 6. But we still enjoyed all the free museums offered in the store.”
“My son runs cross country and I have started walking more so we were both in the market for new shoes. I had no idea what shoes would be best for us. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that helped us but he was wonderful. He noticed my son's feet were pronated the moment he walked in the door and helped pick a great pair of shoes for him. I have the opposite issue and he picked a great pair for those as well. These guys are so knowledgeable and so friendly. We'll definitely be back!”
“Came here on the search to get fitted for a new driver. I called ahead and spoke to a friendly lady named Lisa. She was extremely nice and helpful. She set me up to get fitted with Taylor. He was polite, easy going and most of all professional. We tried out a handful of drivers and were able to get me locked into one. You can tell he’s been doing this for a while. The best part of this experience was there was zero pressure on being forced into buying anything. I’ll be doing all my golf shopping here from now on. Customer service was awesome! 100% Recommend ⛳️ ?️”

“On the outside, it seems too small to have anything you might need. On the inside, it’s like the TARDIS of hiking and camping supplies - way bigger than you expected, and filled to the rafters with everything outdoors. The staff it helpful and friendly, and you can buy the things you see today and drive away with it rather than wait for [evil internet source] to ship 2-3 days. Prices are good. Location is easy to find. You might get challenged by parking on Kavanaugh, but this is worth the trip.”
“I had a really good service experience. I was in there just shopping for gloves for my seven year old. They did have a sale on most items going at this time. A 50% off on Columbia and I believe it was 20% on the other brand. I was directed to where the youth gloves were and they had them all separated by brand (north face, Columbia, etc) and how warm you needed them to be. I purchased a pair of gloves and found out when I got home they were too big. In the warmer gloves, there wasn't a huge selection of sizes. So I returned them to the store. They really didn't have what I was looking for (because of her size). I didn't really want the mittens but the gloves with the fingers. It's a small store and it looked like it had a good selection of different things but again I was only looking for gloves. Since I didn't see anything I was going to return the gloves for a refund but the lady at the counter told me to just try the mittens because there really aren't gloves my daughters size with the individual fingers and if I saw some somewhere else I could always return them. She wanted me to at least have something for hands rather nothing. So I went ahead and exchanged them but realized that in doing so I changed the brands of gloves I was exchanging for. Instead of charging me the difference for the gloves, she made it an even exchange which I thought was really nice of her. So although these gloves were not at the same sale price, I got them for the same price as the Columbia gloves that were 50% off. I would definitely return to shop because i really liked the service.”

“I just wanted to compliment Christian, a sales associate at the Bass Pro Pkwy location. He is the friendliest, most helpful young man!Went shopping for school clothes with my son last week and he helped us. He was wonderful that day!Today, took my daughter school clothes shopping and the minute we walked in the store, he greeted us with a smile and "how can I help you today?" Before I could even answer, he said "you don't remember me, do you?" As he was walking towards us, I stated I did remember him from last week and he gave me a big hug because he said "we are like family."Christian just put the biggest smile on my face because of his true care and concern....don't find that much with customer service these days, unfortunately.We started browsing and he checked on us frequently, all while he was helping other customers.When we were checking out, he explained how he actually remembered us from last year when we were school clothes shopping then. Truly amazing, I absolutely remember him from last summer as well!I was so bummed to hear that he will be leaving; although excited to hear that he is going off to college! “I was looking for a specific style of pants. While I was in there I found several items that were on clearance. They had a good selection of women's clothing and shoes. Along with hoodies and jackets. The staff were very helpful and the store was clean.”
“This is a great shop. Small compared to a big box store but they have a huge selection. I felt they had better prices than their big competitors. Even being late baseball season, they had a large assortment of gloves and bats. Several bats marked half off. Staff was super helpful but not overbearing. They really got me out of a jam! We forgot my son's Carolina Blue belt and they had one in stock for $6.50!! We are not from Little Rock, but we will definitely return next season to shop! I encourage everyone around the Little Rock area to give them a chance before you go to the big box chain stores!!!”

“Very nice lady that runs the store, always very helpful. She didn’t have the size jersey I was needing but ordered it for me to be in the store in a few days. Probably the only store in this area you can find soccer jerseys for English football teams. Also had many other countries jerseys as well. Check this local business out soccer fans!”

“The customer service in here was wonderful. Yes, you pay for their products but if you sign up for an account, their products are warranted for a year. I was told if anything happened just bring them back for an exchange, no questions asked. Also, if you are military or first responder, show your ID to get a 15% discount. You would be surprised how much it takes off your bill when buying these higher priced products.”
“Will the Manager spent 1.5 hours with my son and I so we could get the perfect shoes! My son said “That is the nicest manager I’ve ever met!” I said “I agree! He is very kind and patient!” We love our shoes!”
“I needed large crates to keep my huskies from escaping and they were the only store with some in stock. The store has a jerky cart, birthday card rack, dog food… I really want a riding lawnmower so I love to check out the selection of them out front. The poor plants didn’t fair well in this extreme heatwave. Wish they could have been brought in or something because they look pitiful. The cashier was nice and helped me get a gift card and this place has only the card, the card isn’t even in a holder of any sort… she was surprised they come like that too lol. They have some other odds and ends such as miniature model animals. I could spend a ton of money in this store if given the opportunity ?”

“The people that work here are absolutely amazing. We were going to Bass Pro to shop and got a flat tire on the freeway pulling in. We went inside to buy a wrench, and David (Bradford Marine employee) immediately offered to help us. He had us pull our vehicle into the bay. He and the other employees graciously changed our tire over to the spare we had. This type of unwavering kindness is rare to come across in this day and age. We are thankful for these people tonight and will for sure be going here for any boat needs we have in the future.”

“Had an awesome experience. The staff was very considerate and welcoming, helped me with exactly what I needed. The associate was willing to spend as much time as he needed with my appointment and I left very quickly. Would suggest if you are in a hurry or want to really take your time maybe go on a weekday as they were very busy the Saturday I went. That is not a con and service was still exceptional, just a "know before you go".”
