I’ve been a SportsClips customer in Oklahoma, Arizona, Washington and now Arkansas. I have to say that the quality of the cut here in Arkansas is very subpar. Cutting my hair is really easy. I don’t have a lot of style to what I do with it. But, there are too many other things I feel each stylist is worried about in the business that when it’s time to cut hair they aren’t really focused on cutting hair. I’ve gone home multiple times with multiple stylists needing to redo some of my haircut myself. I kept giving them a chance since I’ve been a long time customer. Today is the day that I decided enough is enough. Moving on

While their estimated wait time on the website was wildly off (said 50 minutes, but was only 5), there nothing else negative I have to say! The haircut was great, the stylist was great, and the extra hot towel treatment was UH-MAZE-ING!

HIGH VOLUME, LOW QUALITYI've been here twice with an attempt at a third. Won't try again. I was just coming to get my undercut faded. First time, I'm charged the same price as a full head shave when it was way l less than half my head. I also experienced several infected, ingrown hairs after the fact. That's never happened anywhere before, not even when I do it myself.Second time was great. I had Maddie & she was awesome.Third time was a bust. I tried to schedule or whatever online & it would not let me. I went to the shop & asked if I could book at 4 the same day (went in at noon). I was informed they don't take appointments. I could schedule online 30 minutes before or walk in. That is terribly inconvenient but hey, it I slSports Clips. IYKYK.I was irritated but I really wanted Maddie to do my fade. I scheduled ahead & checked my place in line. It said a 1 minute wait. I got there on time & my wait was increased 15 minutes. What is the point of scheduling? There's a total lack of regard for the customer's time. Again, Sports Clips... High volume, low quality. I hope Maddie finds better. She's too sweet & talented.

Worst sports clips in little rock. Sat for over an hour INSTORE (waiting first available) just to have online people take my spot and priority. Not to mention this store is such dirt they only have 2 stylists that care even less. ????

Excellent location with excellent staff. I’ve never left here with a bad experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a quality haircut that doesn’t want to book in advance or pay an outrageous amount.
