I had an incredible experience at Soma! Amanda was amazing—so knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. She helped me find the perfect pieces that made me feel confident and comfortable. The store is beautifully organized with a great selection. Highly recommend both Soma and Amanda for anyone looking for quality lingerie and fantastic service!

Great experience!! Shy greeted me warmly as I stepped in the door, measured me and brought me several bras to try, and was pleasant and helpful through every step of the process! I highly recommend this location, not to mention the quality products!

The staff (she said her name was Shy. I’m not sure of the spelling) was extremely helpful. She knew her product and helped my wife pick out four bras. She explained all of the store’s continuing programs and made us feel like buying from Soma was a good decision.

I went with my teenage daughter today — and we definitely did not love our experience. The woman helping us was super loud and embarrassing by announcing the bra size (measured in the middle of the store in front of both male and female customers). We were disappointed that the embarrassment continued in the dressing room and at checkout. I’ll be returning our items and discussing what happened with management. Please, just be empathetic and kind.

Had a great experience getting a bra fitting. The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 was due to lack of selection for larger sizes. There was 1 bra in the store in my size, and I don't mean just one style. There was only 1 bra in the entire store that was in the size I needed. I was offered the option that the store could order me some bras, but I would have to pay for them up front. If I wanted to order bras online without trying them on, I am fully capable of doing so without going in the store. Larger busted women need options as well. I am not going to spend the money to purchase a bra that I have no idea if it will fit or be comfortable.I do want to praise the staff at this store. They were welcoming and ensured my comfort while conducting the fitting. The lady I worked with asked questions to see what I liked and didn't like about my current bra. She understood my concerns about where the bra fit, was tight, and rode too high. She was understanding and explained some things about the bra she had me try on. I don't normally wear a minimizer, so I appreciated her telling me some of the differences. She was as frustrated as I was that there was only 1 bra in that size. She offered the only other option she had, so the ladies in the store were great, and if I knew options were available in the store, I would go back. Because I know they don't carry larger sizes, I won't go back there since I already know I won't find what I need.

Eboni(y), forgive me if I'm misspelling, but she is absolutely amazing! She really helped me a lot and made me feel welcome, listened to and offered all the assistance I needed. Best experience I've had bra shopping.

The store experience was good. They never could get a good fit though. They exchanged a bra I had bought online. Gave me a bra that did not have a tag on it. I went ahead and accepted it because it looked new. When I got home I realized it was over an inch smaller than all my other ones that size. I called and the lady that exchanged it said, "Oh we've had some trouble with those."Then why didn't she check it first? I couldn't just take it back, I live 2 hours away! She was very helpful in calling the company and getting a return label for me. After several weeks and nothing from Soma, I called Little Rock store back. I was brushed off by the manager Kelsie. She said she couldn't help. I would have to call customer service. She never even asked my name, my information, or anything. She didn't even try to take care of the situation. I would not use that store again by choice.I finally got ahold of a very nice lady at Soma customer service, and she took care of the issue for me.

I've really been pleased with the customer service here. I order online often and returns and exchanges are very easy.I've had to find my own bra size through trial and error because of a recent surgery and the measurements that are used are not accurate in my case. I love the selection and the atmosphere.One thing that I appreciate is the cleanliness of the store and dressing rooms.
