I had one vehicle in the shop and needed to drive my truck. I knew I needed new breaks but did not want to sit around in a shop all day. Reluctantly, I put it off until I knew I had to do something about it. I had no idea anyone would come to me to fix my vehicle. I found Smart Bubble Mobile through google search late at night and scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 8am. Chance called about 15 minutes prior for more information. While on the phone with him, I attempted to drive the truck and heard a break pad fall off. He was so helpful, patient and extremely kind during a very frustrating and chaotic morning for me. I was able to change the job location from my job to my home and they handled everything on site. Chance advised that I find another ride to work to avoid ruining my car and risking my life. I 100% recommend them. They kept me updated throughout the service and their prices are upfront.

Smart Bubble was great, I was happy with their price and their mobile service at my home. The technician Chance was professional and polite. It was raining on the day of my service and he still replaced both the front and back rotors and brakes. I will definitely continue to business with them. Thank you!!

Technician came early to my appointment and did the job without notifying me and entered my car to fix as it was unlocked in the driveway. The keys were not in the car so he was unable to verify if the fix even worked. I I waited over an hour and a half after my appointment time thinking that the technician was just running a little late to find out he had came early and entered my property without letting me know, and not checked the fix in the first place.
At this point, I am unsure if my battery was ever even swapped as I had paid for the service ahead of time and was not present or gave permission for the fix to happen.
Furthermore, my car still did not start after the battery was replaced and I was told I needed a relay switch to make the car run again. It has been over a week and I cannot even receive a quote on getting that switched and have spent $100 on just Uber to work alone.
If you’re looking for a reliable service, this is not the group to work with and I highly recommend looking somewhere else. The ratings on Google are inflated as word-of-mouth has spread that this company does not do great work.

Good morning you guys yesterday my car had been down for a week and some days called Smart Bubble Auto / Body Repair when I tell you a 5 star Auto repair I meant it you guys the customer service was awesome even if your having a bad day they will talk to you until you feel better the Master technician Chance also you have to have him when I say this man is very smart fast understanding caring honest and knows what he is doing master tech they come to your rescue quick your home wherever your at and need auto repair I promise this has been the best experience ever with Auto repair The prices are just right I think this is the best Auto repair in Arkansas try it you will understand and not be disappointed. Thanks Chance your awesome.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Absolutely wonderful company and team!! Someone hit my friend's side mirror at our apartment complex near West Little Rock. The back was cracked and front part was hanging down so I had to tie it with whatever I had to help them! It was parked for a while because it couldn't be driven like that. He spoke with a couple people on the Smart Bubble team after searching for somewhere that would be able to help. They got it repaired and looking brand new within a couple of days. The part came so fast and everyone we worked with was super kind - especially Chance! Highly recommend using this business for your needs! I will definitely be contacting them if anything happens once I have my own vehicle & AR license! :)
