Totally Rude I arrived at 5:25 in line behind another vehicle .. got to the window at 5:27..and they said, we're closed ...Remind you they close at 5:30... so they could have taken my service they just decided not to..Terrible

Please do not, under any circumstances, do business with Simmons Bank. And, if you currently do, I strongly urge you to move to another bank. Otherwise, you could find yourself in dire financial straits. Here's just one reason why. After recently being diagnosed with heart failure and having surgery, all of which sidled me with thousands of dollars in medical bills even with insurance, my financial situation has become such that I needed assistance keeping everything afloat as I pay down debt while still being able to buy groceries and life-saving prescription medications. To that end, I reached out to Simmons Bank and requested lower interest or lower minimum monthly payments on my bank-issued credit card until I can get some of the medical bills paid off, which would free up funds to get back to making regular payments at regular interest rates on my Simmons credit card. However, instead of working with me, Simmons immediately closed my account without notification and with no adjustment to the interest or my payments. The result is now having a balance of hundreds of percent above my available credit, which is going to destroy my credit score. This could lead to further financial hardship should I need to seek new employment to better my financial situation, as credit is considered in hiring in many of the better-paying fields. All of this is to say that, in times of need, customers who reach out to Simmons Bank to try to do the right thing (i.e., working to ensure Simmons receives 100% of their principal and at least some if not all of their interest), rather than just filing for bankruptcy or otherwise abandoning their obligations, could instead find themselves met with incredibly damaging responses from Simmons. For your own sake, please do not bank with Simmons. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what they've put me through. The level of stress I'm being put through, seemingly out of malice, is the last thing I needed in my current condition.

Rudest personnel I have ever dealt with. This is 3rd time ive had issues with this location. Management need to step up and hire better people and maybe put them in check. I see from the other reviews that I'm not the only one. You should all be fired. McDonald's hires rude people. Think it would be more suitable.

I must say, I had a super rude experience with a teller in the drive thru. Took it up with the manager and she had the same attitude. Came back 2 minutes later with evidence that they were wrong about what was being disputed, they fixed it but no one apologized or looked me in the eye. I like Simmons but this branch has poor customer service

I have been to Simmons Banks all across the State of Arkansas. This is hands-down the worst location that I have ever been to. you are not able to go inside so they have one ATM about four lanes with tubes and you can drive behind the building if you need to do an interaction at the window. just today I set at that window with no greeting other than will help you in a minute, after waiting 5 minutes with no one showing any signs of coming to help me I left. This isn't the first time I've had a similar experience. Quite frequently the staff is very rude, and highly unprofessional. there have been many occasions on which I have not been able to make a deposit at this Branch because I have 30 minutes for lunch and they are not able to assist me in 30 minutes. this branch of Simmons Bank makes me want to close my account even though I've had one with them for almost 14 years.
