I lost my card at a parking lot so I have to come to this branch late in the afternoon to secure a replacement. The teller was nice and very helpful. He was able to generate a replacement card for me in less than 25 minutes from the time I got into the bank. It is good that I was able to put on hold the use of the card online within the same hour I realized I lost the card. This branch is nice since it is open beyond 5pm.

Black people stay away from this Bank and any Simmons Bank for that matter...and be aware about making any complaints against this Bank or any Employee...if you do, the Mexican Bank Manger will have your bank account Closed....I'm thinking it had a lot to do with my being Black. Also. ..Simmons over charge way too much for over draft and blanace protection fees...36 dollars.....that's twice as much as some other banks....this bank is not a good place for people to bank at anymore. ..my best advice is get your money and move out...you'll save lots of money on banking fees that's for sure....Spread the word, do not do business with Simmons Bank.

Had to close out an old debit card and get a new one, Mrs Mary Washington was super helpful! She then went above and beyond and helped me get back into my online banking which I had locked myself out of for a year. I sure hope that Simmons bank treasures Mrs Washington!
