They need to retrain their employees to tell time (lobby closed before the hours posted) and they need to teach that ..... at the window at around 5:30 on March 26 2024 some manners. I've been with this fubar bank for about 30 years. Its going to be a pain to get all my account's transferred.

ALWAYS closing the drive thru at this location before 12 on Saturday, which is the only day I can make a deposit and most all of their others branches are closed. Switching my 2 accounts to BankOZK

Mr Teal the Branch Manager is a crook. When you get rid of him, your ratings will change. Teal deliberately held a $900.00 rent deposit check to inconvenience me. It cleared and he added another hold on the check. It doesn't even show in my account anymore on the App anymore. I just moved to Little Rock I thought I would invest in a Local Bank. Simmons is everywhere. I made a Hugh mistake. Don't bank at this branch what ever you do. Mr Teal the Branch mangers will play God with your money. He might even be a racist. When I ask for him he wouldn't come out. My former property owner who gave me the check is a former banker too. He may have called him and told him to do it. Ince the check cleared I don't understand why else would he put another 10 day hold in my funds.

I don't go to Simmons much. I always have to look up who might possibly be open, where. Definitely not convenient. I only have the account now to make it harder for me to withdraw money, because I would have to make a trip there. They were their normal slow and had like 3 lines open. I was exposed to something new today that I had not seen before. Someone wised up and started putting deposit / withdrawal slips in the drive thru cannisters. What a smart idea. Duh. About time. You would think this would speed them up, but it did not. Teller was nice and cordial though. Simmons was actually faster than the other bank I just went to. I was surprised. This branch is usually pretty slow.

1 teller in the inside. No one else to help. Had to stand in line for over 20 mins. This is ridiculous. How can you not have more than one teller.

All I can say is horrible. Waited in line 1 1/2 hours in the lobby just to get told they didnt have any ones. ?♂️

Jasmine Spears is in need of re-training in customer service & politeness skills. Before she even open her mouth to speak (keep in mind nobody was talking to her at the time) she had a poor attitude. The lil guy Rick is who we were speaking to through drive thru & she felt she needed to take over the situation we had. We would have rather continued talking to Rick...but he ran away after she took over the teller microphone. We will do our business at another location....you can't pay me enough to continue service at this one.
