Tried my hardest not to be Petty but stopped here three or four times while visiting Little Rock because it's the closest gas station to my mother-in-law's house no, but every single time the line Canby long or short, but the amount of time it takes to go in, pay, and leave is ridiculous. They need to come up with some other system with the pizza. Because what happens is cuz line get jammed up from people shopping for pieces of pizza like they're looking for a pair of Nikes. Also, not sure what the draw is because I tried a slice and it's legit nasty. Almost disgusting so not sure what the draw is. And the other side of the store that makes the food, something about the smell of food cooking and cheap Dollar Store cleaner is off-putting. From what I hear the owners of this store own most of Little Rock so shouldn't be hard to develop a plan to where one line is for customers getting pizza and the other line is for customers not getting pizza. And maybe they should put up a sign that says limit 1 minute per customer to pick a slice of pizza out LOL. Where I come from, people go in on folks for taking that long in line.

I ask for fresh lettuce at Gino's , I was then told they couldn't give me fresh lettuce for my salad. So i walked out because no paying customer deserves brown lettuce on a salad...... horrible customer service and appears they like to get over on the people in that community!

While traveling tonight, we stopped into this shell station to take a break and get a snack! While walking in a young woman and 2 children walked out without a mask, as we entered several others was inside without a mask on! As my 2 relatives walked toward the bathroom the cashier stopped me and told me I couldn’t enter without a mask!!!! It wouldn’t have bothered me to go get a mask but there was literally several others in the store without a mask and he literally stopped me and told me “ it was state law to wear a mask” but did nothing to the others!!!! I will NOT go back there and will NOT recommend anyone else to either! Very rude!P.s the parking lot was full and even had one vehicle that had someone that looked messed up inside it but yet I couldn’t use a restroom ?

Went into this place the other day. I forgot to put my mask on the clerk said i needed to have it on, no problem i ran back to the car to put it on all good. as i went back in he had 2 Budweiser delivery guys bringing in there goods, neither one of them had there mask on. clerk never asked them to put one on. This made me mad like i was singled out. im ok with wearing a mask but if your going to make one person do it you need to make everyone do it regardless if there a customer, employee, or vendor. I left without purchasing anything because of this.

I was disrespected for absolutely no reason by the white woman who looks as if she’s on drugs. The very first thing she said to me was “What do you want?” I said, “Excuse me?” She then replied “What do you need?” I digressed and just responded accordingly that I wanted a certain amount of gas on a particular pump. This was all after she looked and me and did not speak to me yet continued doing what she was doing for at least 2-3 ministers, but I waited patiently. I even smiled at her and greeted her before receiving such a nasty response in return. She is obviously a racist! Because I didn’t tell her I was using a card, though I had my card out and on the counter ready to pay, and because I also informed the worker I had a rewards numbers and she blew up at me for not telling her that I wanted to use my rewards before she rang me out. Well, she just assumed I was paying cash and didn’t have a rewards number. HER FAULT NOT MINE! She told me it was my responsibility as the customer to let her know how what I wanted. I told her I’m used to being greeted then asked what I needed; and since she didn’t, I told her when I realized she wasn’t going to ask me. I told her I’m unaware of the store’s policies, but from my experience that’s not how it works. Then she nastily informed me of how she wasn’t aware of her policies either...?? Clearly. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m the customer and shouldn’t have to do the worker’s job by asking questions. She was so nasty and disrespectful towards me, that I asked her to cancel my purchase. Well, she didn’t. She left my gas on the pump and didn't tell me. I realized I’d been charged anyway. I walked back inside and asked for a receipt because I couldn’t see the refund and that’s when she informed me that the gas was still on the pump. UNBELIEVABLE! Not once did I ever get an attitude with this trashy woman nor did I even use fouls language towards her. I even told her I wasn’t looking for an issue, I just wanted my gas and she just was relentless with her disrespect. She was clearly racist because she treated the non-black people behind me very kindly; even speaking to them unlike what she did to me. PEOPLE OF COLOR, or just people in general, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Go to the Shells on 65th Street. They are so much kinder and much more respectful. Most of all, they appreciate “our” business.
