Phone number disconnect or invalid, stopped for gas four and a half hours ago, and my money is still pending. Can't contact the store. No other gas station has held a pending charge this long on my card, will not be returning

Old lady will not allow prepaid gas card payment. She says cash only or card at pump. She is rude. The place is difficult to get in and out of as you can't see traffic coming over the hill on 12th St.
