I've always talked this clinic up since they had kept my two cats healthy and safe. Three months ago we took in a rescue who we had done our best to make sure she had the best first step in. Meaning immediate vet visits for shots and worm treatment. Keeping her and her waste quarantined from the other animals in the house. Two visits - two waste drops full price, with the last being given the all clear. Well today/tonight guess what we found... worms. Not only has the kitten exposed two elder cats but three humans including a child. Because we had been told that SHE WAS CLEAN! The waste wasn't how we found out btw it was a worm on my arm after giving her a cuddle.

They were nice and knowledgeable. Got us in quickly. But their prices are way to high for someone on a limited income.

My 13 year old outside dog wasn't eating and the vet was able to see him and prescribed 3 medicines and now he looks better and is eating. I am so thankful for the vet and staff. Years ago this clinic took care of our dogs and did an excellent job!

This clinic is top notch! The technicians are wonderful, my dogs see the same girl and they love her! All 3 doctors are very good with animals, show compassion, provide reassurance, and are super knowledgeable! I have been to my fair share of vet clinics and this is by far the best one, not only in service but also seems to have the most reasonable prices.

While in the care of this animal clinic, our 12.5 year old Bichon Frise went from a frisky, playful, happy girl to a crippled, blind, lethargic girl in only a couple of months. Despite having paid $2649.33 since August for "expert" care at this clinic for our 2 small dogs, the vet care received was inadequate. They ran many costly tests (which we agreed to when each was suggested), but the young vet did not develop a complete diagnosis following a couple months of testing. We kept in constant communication with this young vet, and she didn't follow through to a final diagnosis to determine why so many physical changes were occurring so quickly in our Bichon. Our dog's health continued to worsen as we did everything advised by this vet. Admitting to us on 12/31/21 that she was behind in completing her clinical notes, she missed diagnosing our dog with a very serious autoimmune disorder that quickly destroyed her eyesight and left her very frail as well. The blindness could have been prevented with timely diagnosis and treatment. This clinic did not offer any subsequent help or apologies. We sought emergency care elsewhere and received immediate diagnosis along with expert care during the next business day. Going to Bowman Road Animal Clinic was an extremely detrimental decision for our little Bichon Frise.

We love bowman animal clinic so very much. Dr. Craig and his staff is amazing. They take care of our dog so well and you can tell they love on your pets just as much as we do.

Compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful vet and staff!!! Dr Schluterman has helped us make the best choices for multiple pets through cancer, hip dysplasia and well care. I’m confident my babies are well taken care of!!! And I am deeply moved by their care for the community around them as well!

Can I give it no stars. Does lightening strike 3 times? Or is it me? Dropped my dog there a couple years ago to get her teeth cleaned, and they forgot about her...so I gave them another chance. And they FORGOT AGAIN!!!!!!! OUTRAGEOUS! Today, I called to get dog food. They SCHEDULED a pick up time, weird, then when my son got there to get it, not the big bag we wanted by the way, he STILL had to wait what felt like 30 minutes. What the hell is wrong with this clinic? Seriously, is this the way every customer is handled or just me? Thank God animals can't speak, wonder what they'd say...

We received the best care from Dr. Craig yesterday when our sweet foster dog somehow got her spay incision open!! He went over and above to make sure she would heal properly and wasn’t in any pain!! Even after staples she was giving kisses and wagging her tail!! So thankful for him!
