The only reason this place is getting a one star is because of the nice lady in pick up that could tell I was upset and was calm and nice she helped me when no one else would. Otherwise this place would be getting zero stars. This is my first time doing a pick up order, I wasn't sure where to go so I called customer service. They didn't answer the first time the second they answered and hung up and the third time a women answered and was incredibly rude. After that I recieved an email saying my order was already picked up and it wasn't me so I went in to speak to customer service. I explained and the girl asked if I just called when I said yes she just said u need to go to curbside and started laughing. I will never do this again. She had no name tag but she was wearing a baseball cap. A thousand percent would never recommend this place.

As a plus member I pay to be able to enter the store at 8am! Well, they do not open at 8am which means they are scammers. They usually don’t open on time and have some excuse! Customers are standing outside at 8:09 am and the doors are locked.

My favorite Sam's location. They're rearranging their store, so I have to learn where everything is again.
March 2024: Umm, I already don't like using public bathrooms, but the women's bathroom was the worse I've ever seen it. Floors were sticky, the stall I was in the toilet wouldn't flush, just disgusting.

Typical big box store so there are limits on the types of products and brands available. The parking at this particular store is awkward as well. For stores of this kind, this location is ok.

A nice store but I prefer the Sherwood store . As a delivery driver it’s a drop and hook? No overnight parking. Personnel in receiving are very difficult and unprofessional. Became very verbal towards me , I even considered calling the law on him. All because he was to ignorant to know how to unlock my trailer from the dock.

Arrived at 345 for 4 pm delovery appointment. Was told it would be about 45 min or so as they had to make room. After not hearing them unload my trailer after 2 hours I went to check just as a walmart driver pulled up. They apologized and said I had to move since walmart had priority. It was like I was forgotten about. Finally got unloaded and empty about 7:45. Worst one I've been to. Ended up missing my next pickup

The store was clean well organized. Easy in and out. They have the items I went after. Their exclusive items were well stocked.
