Very poorly run business, had a lot of problems with our fleet of VA cars, went in yesterday to just inquire about sealing a rock chip and waited 15 minutes at the desk and no one to be found, shouted at a guy in the service area he was very rude, many better places to go here in little Rock

Unable to get quote over phone, unable to get quote via chat, website does not have my truck as an option. Try having a human available, I have 6 trucks that need windshields, someone else will get them.

My entire experience with Safelight and Auto Glass Now surpassed my expectations. I was in the middle of a 10-hour drive to go to my niece's wedding when something hit my window and completely shattered my glass. The man at Safelight could have put crash plastic over the area until I got back home, but I was worried that that would make my car vulnerable to break-ins since I would be parking on the street in New Orleans all weekend. He made phone calls until he found my particular window in stock at a nearby Auto Glass Now. By the time I got there, someone had already headed to the warehouse to get it, and when he got back, they fixed my window fast and got me back on the road. I am so grateful to the people at the Maumelle Safelight and the Little Rock Auto Glass Now shops.

I was told it may take 2-3 hours to replace my windshield and get it recalibrated. I was pleasantly surprise when it only took a little over an hour. It was also a little less expensive than I was initially quoted. They dis a good job and were very quick and professional.

Made a appointment to get my windshield replaced. They say can calibrate your window! Which is false advertisement! They couldn't calibrate my Honda passport! So I wasted a whole morning of driving to the location! Terrible customer service! Now I found another place that can for sure do it! I don't recommend this place at all!

Dropped my car off in the morning. Paid for the "Premium package" including new windshield wipers. Got a call 3 hours later, very fast. A few days later, went to use my windshield wipers(windshield wiper fluid), they clipped, and the passenger side broke off. Wrong sizes. Windshield wiper fluid doesn't dispense anymore either. And trim was not reattached properly and is loose. 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe, so my car isn't old. Called them and the earliest they could see me was 3 weeks later. Ridiculous.Edit:Returned today to speak with a manager. He got a technician to look at it and fixed everything in 15 minutes. Thanks Safelite

“technician “ badly damaged my car’s paint deep gouges all around the rear windshield along with paint chips!!! If you want glass repair I do not recommend this company!!! Didn’t even clean up all of the broken glass from rear of vehicle… I had to request for someone to come back out to vacuum some of the glass… I had to go to a car wash too thoroughly get remaining glass . I got three estimates for paint repair but was informed to settle for the least expensive!!! Not to mention my personal time to run around and collect the estimate and my own fuel…be aware!!!

I had a 5-star experience. Appointment made and paid for online. Car dropped off at location the day of the appointment. I was able to return to pick up my car after a call the same day letting me know my windshield was replaced. The lovely lady at the front desk was extremely nice on top of it all. Would recommend.

I had a ding in my windshield that I didn't want to develop into a huge crack. My husband reached out to Safelite to make an appointment and the very next day Anthony came out and repaired it within minutes! We went through our insurance and it didn't cost us a thing! I highly recommend them to anybody needing repairs or replacement!

Unfortunately received poor service. Had truck broken into, and needed to replace glass. Tried to replace it immediately, but could not get an appointment with them. I had to schedule it two weeks out as they did not have any availability… which is a long time to drive around without a window. I didn’t mind though, since I had a good experience when they replaced my windshield. Fast forward, my tech was supposed to arrive between Noon and 5pm on appointment day (Wednesday). Received a call 3 hours early saying they were on their way. After I informed them I wasn’t home, they said they’d arrive in the appointment window specified. Unfortunately, due to some issues on the techs end, they did not arrive until nearly 6pm. To the techs credit, he did communicate that he would be late. Once he arrived, however, I received a call 10-15 min later that he could not do the repair because he didn’t have a certain tool. He said they would reschedule me for the following day (Thursday). I received a call the next morning. They couldn’t get me in that morning, but were able to get me in on the next morning (Friday). Mid day, I received an automated text/email saying they rescheduled my appointment again (without my permission) for Monday afternoon (4 days later… keeping in mind I’ve been riding around without a window for 2 weeks at this point). Ultimately, due to my increasing frustration with the entire situation, I canceled the appointment and went with Glass Doctor. They were able to get me on their schedule on Friday afternoon (the next day), the service was cheaper (by nearly $200.00), and I just had an overall better experience. I do not fault the tech, but this was an extremely frustrating experience. I used Safelite because I had a good experience in the past, but I won’t use them again based on this customer experience, cost, etc.

Overall my service completed was great. It was quick. But, my appointment alone was rescheduled many times dues to glass breaking during transportation to the auto glass location. It’s a shame it took about three weeks. I also had much lubricants and sticky stuff on the outside of my drivers door and my dashboard wasn’t even wiped down. It looked a hot mess pieces everywhere.

I was told online that I lived outside their mobile range (but wasn’t when my truck was done) and since I was coming to Little Rock that evening for an event downtown decided to schedule an appointment for 3:30. My wife and I waited there for it. They didn’t even pull the car inside for over a hour and didn’t finish till after 7 which means the event was almost over. No explanation until we asked around 6 how much longer. He then checked and said about 30 minutes more. It was not a drop and go. We waited there the whole time. He didn’t even give us a receipt and online this vehicle doesn’t show up as completed. I’ve used Safelite two times in the past but after this experience I don’t know if I will again!
