If you need new equipment or accessories ask for Omar!!!! My daughter and I went in the Verizon store in Maumelle to get a new line for a new Apple Watch and upgrade our existing phones. He was so patient and thorough with us and took the time to explain every option available to help us decide which options were best for us. Omar did a rate analysis for all of my lines and helped us get on more current plans to save money. He also took the time to explain all of the current promotions to help us save money on our bill and explain the new charges and what to expect for our next bill. He walked us through step by step setting up all of our new devices and answered all of our questions and I had a lot!!! He was so patient and made the process seamless!!! He gave us his personal cell number to call if we had any issues or questions! I have never received this type of hands on and caring customer service before at any retail store! He went above and beyond and I appreciate his time and professionalism so much!

Worst customer service ever. Spent 5 hours and they still didn’t fixed the problem that they created by themselves. Because of this location I’m switching my 11 Verizon lines to T-Mobile.

Very pleased with my service and kindness of the workers. Omar helped me update my plan with no additional charges but will be faster, better service. I was visiting from out of town and am so glad I went to this location. !!
