The female security guard with a really bad wig was extremely rude to me. Then after I walked out, my sister was still checking out and heard her talking about me. How unprofessional!!! Then she tried to threaten my sister!!! This place has really went downhill. I can’t say that I will ever return here…

The black chick with red dreads and lip piercing was being rude to a lot of customers! She told a guy that was ahead of me that she wasn’t checking him out because he didn’t take the hangers off of his clothes! Cursing while checking her customers out. She also told me she’s closing, come to find out she was trying to check her aunt out who was behind 3 other customers in line. I gladly left everything at the other register and walked out. SHE WAS VERY RUDE.

Great selection of items but staff were super rude. There were only two cashiers and so the wait was so long. One (Stacie) continued to yell at the line about the most minor things and the other (didn’t get the name but yellow hair) was on FaceTime the entire time she was checking people out. Absolutely ridiculous

They stand at the register and watch you check out and then when your hands are completely full because you can't take the cart outside demand your receipts if you aren't black..won't be coming back to this location

In line now for 15 minutes. There's atleast 8 workers walking around, atleast 1/2 of them have keys around their neck. 20 of us in line. I'm a retail Store Manager this is unacceptable. No "sorry for the wait" or acknowledgment of customers. Absolutely no customer service. It's obvious the care for customers is not here at all
