I’ve been a resident here for one year. The staff here shortly after transitioning to new management got on top of solving concerning matters of the residence. The changes in sanitation and safety was tackled and addressed quickly. The market rate for the space provided along with the amenities that have been made available to residence is above fair . I love the professionalism of staff and availability. The property is now to the 8/10 rating with just a little more to grow .

they don’t administrate anything ! they will give you the runaround and make it seem as if things are getting handled and they ARENT!!! def will scan you out of money! DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS WHATSOEVER. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

2 years ago I was moved into a unit that was not shown to me or ready before I moved in . It took me almost 3 weeks to get a washer and dryer. From my understanding they are having a hard time getting washers and dyers for the past two years. There’s No maintenance, when THERE WAS maintenance nothing got fixed . From the 2 years I’ve been there ,there is no gym Equipment and they are still “working on it “There is always trash piled up but I think management is trying to do something (but I think all this is above them at this point . A lot of these issues go way back before the new management came in) about the smell around the building and the trash chutes due to complaints .
BUT it’s mice , rats , rodents in the building. It’s too late to try to clean. Building is infested if you ask me . During the process of me moving out my sink just fell down and to the day I moved it , it wasn’t fixed .
Nice area though .

Please don’t move here especially if you are not the opposite of black! The management here sucks, they have no security, and the leasing manager is a terrible person! They’ll move you in a unready unit, ignore you when you reach out for things to be fixed, then undermine and gaslight you when you follow up on your issues! That top heavy lady with the black basic bun to the back is going to get the worst karma!!!!

I received a call yesterday from the new management company informing me about their current promotion. I called back today to view the unit and can't get an answer, it's like no one is in the office.

Oh look at that 22 - 5 star reviews left in a 2 day range? Several of the same name. That's weird. That's suspicious. It was a beautiful building with great amenities. Within a few months, things went downhill FAST. The caliber of tenant diminished. Loud arguments, weed smoke everywhere, trash build up. Parking became a nightmare because one bedroom units were housing 3+ occupants (can't even say tenants because I'm sure most weren't on leases). Renewing was not an option.

I moved into my new apartment a little over 6 weeks ago and it was the best decision that I could have made. Management has always been professional and very accommodating, as I unfortunately had to change my move-in date multiple times. I submitted one maintenance request (to fix garbage disposal) since move-in and response from maintenance was prompt - surprisingly issue was resolved in less than 48 hours. The on-site gym is small but efficient and serves as a great alternative option when I don’t feel like driving across town to the gym. Unless something drastically changes, there is no doubt I will renew my lease in 10 months.

Thanks Residences at Riverdale! Management was great! The move in was easy! Nice area & nice local schools. Overall, great experience.
