I went to this location one day just to find out that the female behind the counter was rude as hell. She acted live in was not knowledgeable about MY own car. When I asked her about a wheel style....she was more on the negative side of the style that was available in my make and model rather than to be helpful. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

They were AMAZING!!!
Absolutely professional and kind. They knew their stuff!! Cared about the quality and safety of their customers! In addition to making sure we were well informed and comfortable with our decision! All of this, along with speedy service!!

Great place! The guys were friendly, helpful, and professional. The atmosphere was laid back and easy-going. They explained everything - including options and possibilities. I was in and out fairly quickly and so glad that they had something they could put on my car SAME DAY. Came back the next day because of the TPSM and they had it fixed in 5 minutes, no questions asked! Wonderful experience overall and I’ll definitely be back! 10/10⭐️??

First, I want to thank the Raw Wheels and Tires staff and the Manager, Joe, who works there. Although short-staffed, they did an excellent job being transparent and getting the rims I was inquiring about. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

O THINGS WERE SATISFACTORY WITH MY EXPERIENCE HERE AT THIS LOCATION, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I was disgusted with the terrible customer service at this location. The manager (so he said) he's the gentleman with the rude attitude presents himself with completely careless and sloppy customer service skills, a wet mop would have been a better representation of manager compaired to him. Take my advice go down the road to the NLR location about 15 min up the road. That's what I did and they took Excellent care of me, and got me back on the road immediately the same day! Go to the Camp Robinson location, where you will not be disappointed!

The people that work there are down home kinda guys. I wouldn't want to scrap with them. No just kidding they are awesome. I've been wanting to get some wheels for my Ki Rio but they are 4 lug, and you don't understand how hard it is to find 4lug wheels. I've searched for months and I happened to call them yesterday and I went in and to my amazement they actually had a set that was 4 lug and almost the exact set I wanted. So of course I had to buy them. And they look awesome.!!!! Thanks guys so much for the great deal we got and you're service was top knotch as I'm sure the services to the wheels and tires will be as well

Very friendly and down to earth. The manager( long bearded man) is very honest and will not stare you wrong. They make you feel like family. The installer is a gem also he did everything to make sure the payment’s are reasonable & will set you up so that it is okay with you, just talk to him and let him know !
