There liars and crooks my apartment at renew on Cantrell is run by these people and they stole my deposit, stopped answering my emails for months , when I emailed them again last Saturday and said I was getting a lawyer , brayonna finally decided to respond again stating I will have my refund by end of business day the upcoming Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and she hadn’t even processed it she’s a liar and a horrible person, and I wish them nothing but the worst. If the complex is run by trinity management you should RUN!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would! Not only was this the unsafest environment I’ve ever lived in. I had to move out early due to safety concerns. My downstairs neighbor in unit 912 was murdered.Trinity Property Management stole my deposit. I’ve been in communication since March of 2023. It is now July 2023 and I still have not receive my deposit back. They actually stop communicating with me at this point.

If I could give negative stars I would. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT MOVE HERE! This NEW company bought Chapel Ridge at the end of December and since that day LITERALLY they have been trying to scam the tenants. They have increased rent by 300-500 with the intention of forcing Housing Tenants out. They call themselves remodeling the exterior but don't be fooled. YOUR NEW HIGH RENT is paying for that. They charge tenants rental insurance but it only covers THEIR property NOT YOURS. They leave the dumpsters filthy. The office staff is trash and so are the owners. They are from CALI and ALL of their properties are ran the same way. They have more apt in Arkansas so steer clear of them all. THESE APARTMENTS ARENT WORTH A CENT OVER 750.00 let alone 1200 plus dollars. They have more MURDERS and THEFT than the law should allow. Their maintence people walk in your homes unannounced and look sketchy. They are literally forcing their current tenants who have been there YEARS, out to get in their preferred tenants. These owners are greedy and only want to pocket money. STAY AWAY!

From what I've heard about this place, it isn't ideal. (High crime and roaches specifically.)I went to view an apartment but there was a sign on the leasing office stating it would be closed for two days, randomly in the middle of the week, nowhere near a holiday.Took it upon myself to walk around the complex. A lot of people hanging around outside (which I hate seeing), playing music loudly from their cars, etcThe groundskeeping didn't look bad but I noticed A LOT of apartment units with broken miniblinds. Looks tacky (the Chapelridge I was at, had them replaced upon tenant move-out or the tenant replaced themselves.)

If I could have gave no stars I would have. This has to be the most unprofessional, and unethical, place to ever live. This place is horrible. The office personnel do not ever answer the phone. Even when leaving messages with the answering service calls are not ever returned. The grounds are not kept up at all. This place is infested with roaches. The maintenance people comes in your place and do not knock at all. They come into your place without any notice. When one tenant moves out. They do not clean the apartment. You will have to move in on top of other people’s dirt. They do not change the carpet out. They expect you to move into a nasty apartment and be okay with that. When asking for someone to fix the problem. You will get no reply. Trinity Multifamily Property of Arkansas/Oklahoma Management is responsible for this property. Even upon reaching out to them. Nothing will be done. I warn you to please do yourself a favor and move somewhere else because you will be very disappointed. Theses pictures are from the first day of moving into the unit. Nothing was cleaned at all. They did not even do the basic cleaning of simply sweeping and mopping.

Service is bad cockroaches are everywhere ., leaks in the ceiling, people break in cars all night long , I got my car broken into 3 times in 3 months , landlord is very rude.

They do not upkeep the apartments too well. Concerns aren't addressed like they should. Some of the Parents are not watching their kids, and some act like kids themselves. Too much destructive and terrorizing kids that do not have anything positive to do .
