What a friendly pharmacy! I had a last minute fill that I needed delivered to my mother and they were so quick and responsive! It arrived the same day. The woman I spoke to on the phone was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I was there when Remedy Drug Pharmacy first opened and unfortunately, my family had to move back to Denton Texas. I would give anything if Remedy had a branch here. I've never had such great service in my life.

I was racially discriminated by this pharmacy. I will never return or recommend anyone to fill a prescription at this pharmacy. I called to make sure that they had all of the prescriptions. when I arrived the pharmacy looked me up and down, looked at the prescriptions and told me they do not carry the prescription after I had just spoken with her over the phone 10 minutes earlier, it’s a shame that once you put a face with a voice that racism comes alive

Great pharmacy. I would give more stars if I could. These pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way even on the phone to take the time to explain and answer questions. I drive way out of my way just to use them. They are that good.

I went today to get my Covid vaccine, as they were the only pharmacy who seemed to have the Johnson & Johnson vax available. I'd never visited this pharmacy before, and I was really impressed with it. The old timey display at the front really capped off the overall design aesthetic of the place, which I'd describe as homey, warm, and welcoming.The staff were just super friendly and Claudia, the young lady who admininistered my shot, could not have been sweeter or more professional. She listened to my concerns and was very reassuring. As I awaited my turn, I listened to their interactions with other customers (I've worked in retail for over 20 years, so paying attention to that kind of thing is a habit I've developed) and they treated every person who came in with the same level of friendliness and professionalism.Remedy Drug is everything a pharmacy should strive to be, in my opinion. If my insurance allowed it, I'd take my business there in a heartbeat.

I love smaller pharmacies for the personal touch we get from the staff. They really make us feel like they care about us. You don't get the same treatment at larger pharmacies like Walmart or Walgreens.

Dr. Laura and Dr. Phillip are the best. They have been taking care of my daughter who has multiple disabilities and many medications. I would not trust her to anyone else. They are knowledgeable, kind, take the time to listen and answer any questions I may have. Their staff is also superb. They are the pharmacy to use if you want to feel like you are part of a family. Thank you guys for always looking out for Dylan. You are all greatly appreciated.
