I received the worst customer service I have ever received from the supervisor Lindsay and some other terrible customer service agent at your Pensacola call center. They were so unhelpful. Why you guys hire these McDonald's value employees and expect a good product is beyond me.

Although several reviews are about the bank, there is so much more to the building than just Regions Bank. Security is always super helpful. They will be happy to give you directions to anywhere in the building, or even downtown and they will always walk you to your car. Just ask!
