My experience has been horrible. I've been in the unit for a month and my gate code never works nor does the temporary code work. They tried to charge me for a month after I already paid. I'm moving my stuff immediately

Someone hit the side of the building two months ago and my storage has not been fixed. They changed my code and put one of their pad locks on the storage with out sending me the access information. They said they have ordered the supplies to get it fixed but no one knows the code to the pad lock so that I can get into the storage

Absolutely TERRIBLE communication. No one gave me the right information I needed making it to where I had 15 different phone calls with them within an hour. Gate codes don’t work. Very bad attitude over the phone as well. Personal opinion: If you don’t have anyone in an office to communicate properly then DEFINITELY learn how to correctly communicate ect.

Never able to get inside the gate have to always call when I'm here and none of the codes never work. What if someone was homeless and had to come back and forth here to get there items and how will they be able to get in. So I'm not happy with these guys at all.

They are horrible they charge a high down payment. They also have an employee who drives on the site to check it but instead him or another person just go through your belongings without anyone knowing I have OCD/Anxiety so unless you know how you have your things put in the storage they will steal your things and your lock off your storage. Good thing I took my 15 boxes of brand new Jordan’s out in time or they would have been gone with some of my toy collections. They are thieves and will lie about it so please Be mindful and don’t put your things in this unit RED DOT STORAGE. In NLR.

This is a very insecure storage space gets broke into your units everyday owners took the gate down and left access to the public

Do not recommend. Facility is disgusting and unsecure. The customer service is horrible.
