Hi- My RNS experience!!!I apologize to anyone who has gone to this salon because of my not posting this review. I needed someone for natural hair care, so I was referred by a male but was warned and advised by several others to avoid this salon because of the owner's rudeness. Well, I had my experience; each visit x 3, I noticed she was curt and a little altered in personality, but everyone has a bad day. She did a good job on my hair which caused me to return for a 3rd appt. However, after the 3rd appt, about a week later, while backtracking some most important missing items, which led me as the last result back to calling the salon. Upon asking if I had left something there, Alisha was more than rude, made it about herself, never asked what item was lost, and hung up in my face. She was less than concerned, with no empathy and no professionalism. I discover she is just an unhappy person. Mind you, my last appt was for a recent death in my family, and she recommended I join her VIP list, which I would pay in advance to secure more access to immediate services, to which I agreed. Because I love patronizing small businesses.Subsequently, I read reviews and noted others had a similar experience. As much as I did not want to post, it has haunted me for the last few months that it must be done for others to make a more informed decision. My hair and any spa care is a holistic experience that had become less than substandard, to my disappointment. So, I am closing out 2022 to prevent others from having this horrible experience in 2023. Quality service is paramount, which extends beyond the shop. Hope this helps. The owner is very authentic and transparent about her products and processes. If you are looking for some one to take take of your natural hair, while teaching you how to take care of your hair- look no further! From locs to loose natural-she has a plan for you! It was a pleasure to visit her beautifully decorated shop! I purchased the hair oil, hair mist and shampoo. All natural products created and offered here! I am a life-ling customer moving forward!!

This company does not answer their phone I wanted to reschedule my appointment as well as my daughter’s. To even book an appointment they require payment upfront through the website now I see why because without trying to reschedule and why would she money has already been made whether she does your hair or not she won’t reimburse for services she knows she did not provide. I disputed the payment because I never received any info on reschedule she responded only when I wanted the money back because she did not do my hair but her response was only to keep the money terrible business robbers and thieves

Alisha definitely knows hair. went in several months ago after a big chop. Hair is now very healthy and growing strong .I use her products as well and my hair is doing great. very pleased.

I used to go to this salon faithfully. Theres no doubt that when you leave your hair will be nice. But after going to this salon for 3 years, my dream hair goal wasnt being achieved. My hair was so dry and damaged from the blowing drying. I would have stayed at this hair salon but what drove me away is when i paid for the $400 VIP package and got the same service as regular paying customers which upset me ( i have provided this feedback with Alicia). I could go on and on but I won't. I just want to provide honest feedback because hair stylist should know how we feel, we need to hold them accountable as we invest so much money at hair stysalons for them to treat us any kind of way. However I would recommend this to people if they need a hair provider, to support because there are some benefits. Im just looking for something more.

Best salon for natural hair hands down. Alisha and her staff do everything from twist outs to locs to braid styles to silk outs. They are professional and move quicker than most salons. The artwork is amazing and most of the photos are of actual clients or staff. Alisha manages my hair and two of my daughters. They are genuinely passionate about hair health.
