Filthy bathroom, no toilet paper, no prepared food, not friemdly, outside water station doesn't work......I usually love QT but this one could change my mind. Very disappointed

Nothing but kids running the store. In a huddle. Talking, laughing, and cursing. Nobody's working. You ask where something is. They just say over there. And go back to doing whatever. Like you not there. Just workers and there friends. Who don't work there. Just up there having a great time. Won't be back there at not. It's a real kids show!!

This location is great but the assistant manager is very rude not friendly at all. When me and my Aunt got back I the car I didn’t even say anything to her she told me that assistant manager is rude I said yes she was. I don’t know her name but she was dark skin

This QuikTrip located at Otter Creek and I-30 saved my life early Monday morning. I was having trouble with my car and they were so very gracious to help me out! I will definitely plan to stop there many times again in the future. And the store was immaculate and prices really good!

QuikTrip continues to be my go to gas station. Food is reliably fresh and tastes good. There are a lot of drink options and have yet to worry about having a flat or watered down soda.

Hate to have to leave a review but this location was a place I would make a special trip for their slushes. It now has become a disappointment the slush different flavors are always out there is only 4 or 5 active flavors. This is an issue that needs to be resolved.

Great, clean location! There are multiple pumps, good gas prices compared to nearby, and have a big variety of snacks, drinks, and cooked food too. Everything is really reasonably priced, and many of the employees are friendly. This is one of our favorite stops!

I filled 152 gallons of diesel in my truck then came in at the diesel regester to pay. There was one person at a store cash register that Fantasia was dealing with. His transaction was a bit lengthy and about 10 people lined up after him. Fantasia cashed all of them out with their pop and snacks then came to the diesel register to finish my transaction of $512. I am on work time, I lined up first and I spent more yet I got served last. When I told her she said that she doesn't want to argue. It didn't occur to her that she disregarded a customer. On top of that, in her haste to get rid of my concern she offered the wrong reciept. I had to come back in to collect the correct one. Luckily I checked while I was still there.

A go to travel stop when my family is going to Arkansas for our family reunions. The grandchildren always look forward to going to QT on these 6 hour trips! 😁 Our oldest grandchild loves the mini Carrot cakes! 😂

Employees should be directed to empty trash when customers are not in the restroom. As I was about to finish up washing hands in restroom, a female employee was standing behind me as I turned to get paper towels to dry hands. She spoke but her vibes gave off like she wanted to bum rum and stand in my personal space from behind. I told her to have a good night. Employees need to exhibit professional and courteous behavior.
