Nice people but this is easily the slowest tire place in central Arkansas. Manager said it would be a 30 minute wait to switch a tire out with one that I brought. An hour later, no other vehicle has left the bays and they’re still not sure how long it’s gonna be before I can be serviced.
Went to another location, got helped and a tire replaced in 10 minutes.

I've stopped in a few times now for tire work, including flat repairs. Their service is quick and professional, and their prices are competitive. You pay for quality, and definitely receive it here! I have 3 trailer tires that need to be replaced soon, and this is where we'll go!

I recommend this place 100%. I'm moving from Utah to South Carolina. My truck made a noise getting off the freeway last night. I brought it in this morning. They diagnosed it fast (wheel bearings) they had me back on the road in 2 hours. Great fast service!!!

I work for Pro Auto in Conway, AR. One of my drivers had a tire issue and we could not have asked for better service! They were super nice, very attentive and got us in and out in no time! Highly recommend !!

This place is by far the worst tire store in little rock. Do not go to this store they will charge you way too much for their services. They are not honest, moral people.

Best customer service ever! We had a popped trailer tire and thought we’d be off the road for hours. The man over the phone was incredibly helpful and the service man who fixed us up was so quick! Thank you Purcell!!!
