It did not show up. So I walk into location thinking all 3 bags were delivered but only 2. At this point I was pissed....Clyde changed my attitude with the best customer service I experienced at fedex. He took the time to help locate my bag that was missing. She tried to scan it , but it wouldn't work. She asked me if I knew how to make my phone brighter but I didn't. She showed me how. She was so sweet .
