“Everyone is very kind and efficient when I stop in. On Sunday, July 20, ASHLEY was the most incredibly kind, understanding and friendly sales associate I’ve worked with so far! She answered my questions about how to best package my returns, she was patient while I scrolled through and found my QR codes and at no point she hurry me! She is a fantastic example of how to best package a professional on a world where courtesy is sometimes lacking. Working with people like hey helps me be a better and more courteous customer.”

“I travel 2 to 3 times a week and I love sending my luggage through fedex to my hotel so I don't have to deal with the airlines. I sent my package luggages to this location overnight. It did not show up. So I walk into location thinking all 3 bags were delivered but only 2. At this point I was pissed....Clyde changed my attitude with the best customer service I experienced at fedex. He took the time to help locate my bag that was missing. He was unable but he contacted fedex for them to reach out. CLYDE did an amazing job just by going an extra step. Kudos...Btw it's not their fault for the delay. “Ms. Jean was wonderful. I didn't know what I was doing, I was bringing the packages in for my son. She walked me through everything. I had a barcode my son had sent me in a text message. She tried to scan it , but it wouldn't work. She asked me if I knew how to make my phone brighter but I didn't. She showed me how. She was so sweet . I'm seventy three, and I was really impressed with her. I'm not that knowledgeable with everything she did. I wish all employees everywhere were like her. Thank you so much for a nice experience.”
