Pods is a fraudulent company that will charge you for services that are not rendered. I called and canceled my account and set it up for pickup before my billing period ended. The original pickup was a week from the moment I canceled. Pods could not pick up there unit till 3 weeks later because they didn’t have any dispatchers to pick it up so they decided to fraudulently charge a entire EXTRA month and the pickup fee to a credit card that I did not authorize them to use when I had already canceled the service and was not using the pod any longer. I will be filing a report with the BBB, ARDOT, and Secretary of State. This company stole from me and they will steal from you. Don’t use them!!

Just moved to Arkansas and getting what we needed online was fine, it was dealing with customer service. No welcoming of any kind of human being. Once we buy a home, won't be an issue.

We had communication issues with this company. We had to have a pod moved due to HOA regulations and it was hard to get a hold of anyone. Emails don’t work. Calling with a 30+ minute wait only to be told that the pod couldn’t be moved until the next week. When the date came up they kept pushing date back even if they left the pod in a place that’s blocking the entrance for emergency vehicles.

Worst experience ever delivered the pot a week late and now we can't get him to pick it up do you want to leave it in my driveway blocking my garage for a month over a month. And they keep telling me all kinds of lies like they have one driver one podzilla the driver's sick the podzilla is broke down

I used PODS to move from my soon-to-be ex-husband's house to my parents' house. We had issues opening the door once the POD had arrived at my parents' house. We tried calling and emailing, but no one answered and we never received a response. 2/10 do not recommend.

Pods is the Best way to move! Alex was super genuine and professional throughout the entire process, from the first call to the initial placement of the container. He was also a very skilled and smooth operator. He demonstrated everything I needed to know about the container and gave me every piece of information I needed to set me up for success, in regards to how they do things and the whole process. His driving was immaculate, he made sure everything was clear and walked the property to insure nothing got damaged. This man could move! He dropped my container exactly where I wanted it in a quick orderly fashion. I highly recommended anyone use Pods and this location in particular has a Very skilled Team. 5 stars

Do not use their recommended labor for loading and MAKE sure that they provide and explanation for each charge. They charged my credit card with no explanation of the charges. I am in the process of making them provide a reason for each charge. They destroyed personal furniture and other items.They also LOST 2 of my pods with caused a major problem with scheduling labor to unload the pods.

Very happy with how quick we got a container and how quick they picked it up when we were finished! All the employees were very nice to talk to as well

Wish I could put no stars, showed up 4 hours early without notice and told me I'd have to reschedule if I couldn't have the pod ready in 10 minutes then wouldn't leave the pod at the new destination because it was on dirt and not gravel or concrete. I specified it was going to be on dirt when I ordered it and they said it wouldn't be an issue but when it came down to it I made the driver mad and he said the place wasn't ok to have the pod placed. Horrible management at the Little Rock warehouse, not professional at all.

Would NEVER use this service again. Month after month they took out more than what scheduled payment was. Never late on payments. When POD was returned they charged me all kinds of hidden fees. Got an incident number and said everything was taken care of after hours on the phone…Now 4 months later I receive a collection bill and come to find out they debited my account for that amount. I’ve asked no less than 25x in the last 15 minutes to speak to a supervisor and customer support refuses and put me on hold. Save yourself a nightmare!Wouldn’t receive 1 star if it were an option.

If you are a woman that lives alone. Do not hire this company.Today a man named chase was supposed to help a female member of my family. After it was all said and done she was in tears, terrified to speak up, and standing alone with an angry strange man driving away with all of her belonging and no idea where he was taking them. Chase showed up unannounced 3 hours early for the pick up. When she tried to explain that she still had things to put in the pod he accosted her and said it was now or he was leaving and wouldn’t be back. After he loaded her pod hours early and half empty he didn’t say a word to her, slammed his door and drove away with all of her possessions. He took her pod to the destination immediately said he wouldn’t place it there. He got into his truck yelled at her out of his window as she stood crying and alone in the middle of nowhere and drove away without conversation. This is clearly a dangerous man that is ready to snap. If you have a family do not hire this company. Their employees are reckless, have no professionalism, and think it’s ok to intimidate women so they agree with their demands.

Made my move quick and easy. I had to get out on the fly due to burst pipes and negligence at my old apartment and I was able to safely store all my belongings, move them when I found a new place, and unload them with much less pressure than using movers or a storage facility in conjunction with a moving truck rental. Working with Chance in particular was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

Pods saved me money on my move. I enjoyed the flexibility of having the pods dropped off then picked up at my convenience.Brad and his team out of the Little Rock warehouse made this much more seamless. If it weren’t for Brad and his team, the rating may have been lower because dealing with the main customer service over the phone was tedious and time consuming. Once I got a hold of the local crew, things were way better.Downside is that the company does not prorate monthly charges for pod storage. If you go over by one day, then you are paying for the next entire month. The good thing is they are vigilant of reminding you of this.Overall, great quality and customer service due to the accessibility of the warehouse crew.

PODS wasn't able to schedule the re-delivery of my containers within 4 weeks and I had to pay an extra month of container rent during this time. This cost approximately $500 extra.They were able to deliver on an "overbooked day delivery" so that I was able to get one pod pretty quickly, but then I still had to pay rent on the empty pod that they wouldn't/couldn't pick up.The deliveries themselves were great; I have only discovered one item with minor damage. The delivery drivers were all very nice and helpful.Update: I was contacted and told to share the details with PODS Customer service and that "We’re going to ask an associate on our senior customer resolution team to help us with this for you. After familiarizing themselves with your account, they’ll reach out to you to discuss." I have not heard from them for 3 weeks as of July 14th, 2022.
