This gym is always clean and has a great environment. When I has some issues with my account the manager there Julie was a great help! I recommend this location over all the ones in the Little Rock area.

I used to go to the one on Markham but it took only one visit to this one to switch. Love the people and the new manager Julie! Tanning beds are best in town and there is always a good vibe surrounding your work out!

Their equipment is always clean. I like the fact that their massage chairs are sitting up, not lying down like other places. I think they got a new manager and everything just got better. Shout out to Julie for doing a great job over here.
