I normally have a quick in and out but the last few months I don't want to go at ALL. There is one particular clerk extremely pushy about the rewards system that I did not want to be apart of and joined at their extreme insistence and condemnation that I wasn't saving "$3.00" on a $160 purchase. They has pressured me the last 5 times I've gone even though I politely said no thank you and I'm not interested but will go on and on and on about the rewards. I try to not shop here and buy my dog food at target where I actually receive $5-25 back regularly for dog food purchasing. Today, my dog food bag got caught on the cart and they kept saying "you did this" in various ways and pressured me to take a taped bag of busted food which had spilled more than a cup and a full bag is priced at $79.99 in store. I also told them I did not want my receipt and they insisted I take it. I go here for my pets subscription wet food but will try to be ordering it online elsewhere because I'm so annoyed at this experience. I understand needing to push sales and rewards but it would be great if they would be respectful when I declined or to not make a genuine accident my fault. I've never ripped a bag of food before even at home, I can't open it without scissors. I also offered to clean it up myself because I initially felt bad about the inconvenience until it was met with disdain, hostility and pressuring to sign upFor something I didn't want.

Do not go to this PerSmart on Financial Centre Parkway expecting to quickly engrave pet tags. Their machine doesn't read the tag cartridges. Total waste of time. However, I did find some really good deals on pet beds!

I have a 7 lb Maltese mix. He is 6 years old and I have never had a groomer that refused to cut his nails. I was told my dog wouldn't let them. I offered to hold my dog but they still wouldn't do it. It was ridiculous. This was an opportunity for them to get a regular customer but I will never go back again.

I just moved to LR and took my Goldendoodle for a much needed grooming after a few months. They shaved her down all over and had some mats on her ears; when they were cutting them they clipped both of her ears on the ends. She was shaking her ears constantly for days and they're just now starting to heal. Idc if there are mats or not, for $145 my dog shouldn't be hurt even a little bit. Will be finding a better groomer elsewhere.

I do not recommend bringing your pup here for grooming. The groomers here have little to no experience. I booked my dog here for his usual bath and full haircut and I came back with a hairless and half-shaved dog. Within an hour they called back and told me he was ready for pickup and that they could not complete the job. I have never experienced anything like this. They recommended that I take my dog to the animal hospital to finish the cut. WTH!!! I called the nearest animal hospital and they told me that this is not their first time hearing about Petsmart's Grooming salon's lack of experience. If you can find another place to get your pup groomed I recommend doing so.

Disorganized & it smells bad. The groomer dropped my dog and hurt it's leg. I didn't find out until after I got home and my dog started limping. Then I called back and asked if something happened and the groomer said yes. Why didn't you tell me when I picked up my dog? I don't cere about the groomer getting in trouble, but I would have wanted to know so I could get my dog seen quickly. Absolutely atrocious. And three weeks later, no follow up call to check on my dog.

The groomers at Petsmart are caring, and take pride in their work. Erica, in particular, does a great job at grooming, and as a manager of the salon. She is compassionate and concerned about the clients' needs.
