“My dog Tulip missed her normal groomer 2 weeks ago. Her face was stinky, so we took her to our Veterinary clinic. For $50 she received a bath there, but the face stink remained. Took her to HWF on Chenal where Delaney bathed her. Now Tulip is her normal clean smell. The bath was fast and easy to schedule. Thanks, HWF!!”
“The puppies are all well taken care of and seem extremely happy. Everyone was kind and professional. Very straight forward. They work to find the best furry friend for you. Verrado loves her new home!”

“My first time shopping at Doggy Daddy and I was very impressed! I was in search of birthday gifts for my 2 year old pup and found everything I was looking for including an outfit for my 95 lb. Dobie that loves wearing clothes! Most local places don't carry clothing his size but this place did! The best part of my experience was the customer service! I was treated like I had been a regular there for years and every question I had about the products being sold was answered with an extreme amount of knowledge. I will definitely be back.”

“Im giving Chenal Pet Palace 5 stars. The managers are beyond friendly, sweet and i love that she has a great memory and greets my dog by name. The staff that works with the dogs are fantastic. My dog is always well cared for, happy and they love him. He gets to have his own bed and toys and they give him treats. Their groomer recently changed and thats the only thing im giving a 1 star to. Eve was kind and gentle and worked out any tangles.The new groomer shaved my dog without asking. I would not recommend the current groomer Chris is how she introduced herself.

“Excellent organization that gives with their heart and soul. All animals get help finding homes along with supplies the new dog owner needs for a good start. Also has foster homes attended to by volunteers. And they help find the dogs/cats new safe homes. Healthcare is also a big help if needed. Please give to CARE whenever you can to help keep this organization alive and helping our community take care of animals that need a home!”

“I love this location. I placed an online pick-up order nearly at close last night. Early this am I received an email that my order was ready! I arrived at the store and was immediately greeted/welcomed in by a young man. A second man directed me to the drive thru pick-up area where he helped me load my order, in the rain. No fuss.
