Decided to go to this store around 7:30pm on a Friday and it was closed. Well there was people shopping but the door was locked. All the years I have been shopping at this store I have never had this issue before. I will not be returning.

I am highly impressed with the level of service I received. The owner and staff were extremely helpful. I was looking for items due to a death in the family. They had everything that I needed. Due to the level of service I received, I will definitely shop there again for other items. The level of service I received is nearly impossible to find. I highly recommend this store.

My issue with my purchase was ultimately resolved, but it came with a lot of strings attached and money lost on my part. My natural hair wig matted up so bad after the first wash, it was not salvageable. When I went back to the store, the owner was very rude and did not follow through with the verbal agreement we made previously. That said, my first review was met with such anger by the daughter’s owner, that she actually messaged me privately on Facebook to express her displeasure with my review. The wife and daughter then tried to intimidate me by ganging up on a phone call. All I have to say is, not every customer will be happy with services or resolutions a store makes, but if a store can’t handle one bad review, maybe they shouldn’t be in the customer service business. Furthermore, it might be a good idea to disable the ability for clients to leave Facebook reviews if a store can’t handle what someone has to say. I will not be back to this store and suggest others go somewhere else.
