They had some good prices but won’t bay an eye to screw you over. Purchased equipment from them sealed in box told everything is there and when I arrive home and open it there was no battery. It was stated to be included by the person at the counter and the packaging, when I called to give them a chance to correct the issue I was told I could come buy one but they were not gonna give me what I already bought. If you wanna take advantage of the deals just beware.

FIREARM SALESMAN WILL PUSH AND PUSH WHAT HE WANTS YOU TO BUY VERY DISRESPECTFUL...HAS NO CLUE WHAT HES TALKING ABOU...TAKES ADVANTAGE OF AN OLDER WOMAN TRYING TO BUY A PERSONAL PROTECTION WEAPON AFTER BEIMG ROBBED. AND WILL DO HIS BEST TO DISCREDIT PEOPLE THAT DO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AND THE WOMANS SON...YEA SORRY DUDE NOBODY WANTS A SINGLE STACK POS M&P WHEN THERES A DOUBLE STACK WALTHER 100 DOLLARS CHEAPER. AND YOUR FIREARMS LABLED "NEW" GUESS THE FEED RAMPS AND BARRRELS SCUFFED THEMSELVES UP AND GOT COVERED IN CARBON AND GUNK BEHIND THE GLASS RIGHT?? LIAR AND FALSE ADVERTISERS. Best pawn shop ever! Would give 10 stars! Prices are always awesome and the employees treat everyone fair. Ive read a couple bad reviews on here and all I have to say is if you have a problem with this place and these people then you should look in the mirror bc this is the best pawn shop on the planet!

I fell on hard times and had to pawn a couple of things. When I came to get my items, I was treated like a second rate citizen. I will not come back. My whole experience was bad. They kept telling me what my total was to get my items back, as if I didn’t have the money to retrieve. I just needed some help at the time. I would have absolutely went back bought some jewelry or something else if I was treated right.

Sold me a locked lost/stolen regular Apple Watch after claiming it was an Hermes version in good working condition. The watch came by FedEx on April 20, 2023 & these guys did nothing to help expedite the return for refund. They ignored it all together until finally PayPal refunded me & told me to keep the stolen/lost watch. Always, glad to be in possession of stolen property…. Buyer beware…. Some pawnshops are for crackheads owned by crackheads…. This is one of them.

I recently needed some cash quick and I came to pawnderosa a couple years ago and I remembered how good they treated me and how they gave me more for what I was selling than anyone else So naturally I came back! And I experienced the same customer service, value for my item, and professionalism he won't find at any other pawn shops I've been to! Extremely happy with Joe and Holly when I take my items for pawn or sale. They are very honest and don’t talk down to me. They go above and beyond. The entire staff at Ponderosa Pawn work as a team and it shows.

I bought an electric chain saw on a Friday. I listened to the liar across the counter as he assured me it worked. I buy it and get it home. It is locked up solid inside and I took it back. They would not honor my receipt because more than 1 day of returns. They ripped me off and kept my money knowing it was broken. Nothing good about this place.

Would give them less than one star if i could I went in to put a firearm in layaway and the guy who did it mixed the names up with my fathers and I had to come back and change itAfter making 2 payments on it my money got tied up with birthdays and anniversaries and contacted them to make smaller payments or late payments October 29th they didn’t respond untill November 19th before I got paid so I came in November 27th to pay on it and was told by the same guy who messed my name up that they layaway has been pulled and there’s nothing I can do about it worst experience in my life a waste of 420 dollars on my first time doing a layaway in my lifetime DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT
