This company has so many kinks to work out. The stress this company caused me just days before my wedding is inexcusable. The bridal store I went through for suits for my groomsmen and father for my wedding uses PM and the process was an absolute NIGHTMARE. The guys all got fitted at the bridal shop and measurements and styles were all sent off to PM. Suits were not delivered to us until 4 days before our wedding at which point we realized not one of the guy’s suits fit properly (6 full suits in total). We called the bridal shop to compare sizing and realized the sizing they sent to PM was correct, however PM are the ones who sent us the wrong sizes. They did this on the replacements as well which were delivered the DAY BEFORE my wedding. My now husband ended up having to go to Men’s Warehouse to get replacement items for the pieces that STILL did not fit him. Which means we had to pay even more money for replacement pieces on top of the $250 per suit set we paid to PM/bridal shop.
For example: My husband needed an XL white shirt. They initially sent a L. We asked for a replacement to be overnighted in the CORRECT size (XL). We got a 3X in the mail the day before the wedding. He had to spend $75 on a new shirt alone. Not even considering the stress this added to both of us when it should have been smooth sailing considering measurements were done months before the wedding.
The timing for suits arriving just days before a wedding alone with the fact that they can’t seem to even read a piece of paper correctly to send us the correct sizes for the second time, I will NEVER recommend anyone to use this company or any bridal shop that outsources their suits from PM. This company is an absolute joke and offered no discount, refund, or anything for the troubles they caused us.

We unfortunately chose this place for our suit rental for our wedding. We first used the warehouse in downtown Little Rock, I swear they have no idea what they were doing. We had to call and correct things every time someone went into the store. My Groomsmen would call us and ask us “is this what you wanted?” And thank GOD they did bc it was never correct. And not only that, you couldn’t just call to adjust something- no that’s too easy- you and your partner — have to GO IN

Have used this place for years when need a tux just think longer term and invest in yourself. Add one to your Men suit collection. They have traditional and other brands not used oftentimes. Go by and check them out. They might be having a Sale.

nice suits but cost to much for a rental first of all...also online displayed closed at 6:30pm but when I arrived at 5:33 the window displayed closed at 5:30 and the ladies at the register refused to take the suite. I drove to LR from Conway after I got off work at 4:30 in rain and after work traffic to turn in my husband's suite whom was out of town. They were uncompassionate and inconsiderate.... come on three minutes....
