I am so glad I was able to purchase my vehicle at Parker Lexus in Little Rock. Rachel was super professional and did her best to make sure the whole process was as smooth as it could be for me since I was coming from Texas. I’ve been to other dealerships where you just don’t get quality service and attention. I give this dealership 5 stars for pretty much my whole experience. Thanks again for my amazing vehicle !!

Josh Pardee is the man to work with at Parker Lexus. He made the whole wait for my new Lexus GX550 Overtrail worth it. Throughout the whole process, Josh was updating us as to where our new GX550 might be, and it's upcoming arrival. On the day of delivery, Josh and Sheridan made the whole process of receiving our new SUV so special for me. I've only had it a few days, but I just think of places that I might need to run an errand to just to drive my new Lexus. We are first time Lexus owners, but I'm we will return when I drive the wheels off this one! Thanks again Josh!

I purchased a LEXUS GX460 from Parker Lexus as a surprise for wife and had a great experience dealing with Ethan Phillips and Jesse Pastor in the process. My purchase started with Mr. Phillips when I inquired about the 460 online. Mr. Phillips was pleasantly easy to work with. He wasn’t the stereotypical salesman. He wasn’t pushy nor did he pry. I felt like he genuinely was listening to what I had to say. After getting everything lined up for an appointment I then was introduced to Mr Pastor. He too was very professional and never once tried to guide me to something that I didn’t want. After purchasing the Lexus both Mr. Phillips and Mr Pastor kept in touch. That’s when I knew that I made the right decision shopping at Parker Lexus. This place is top notch from the sales department to the service department. They have earned my family’s business from here on out. Thanks Ethan and Jesse for the beautiful Lexus and the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

We are big fans of Lexus having owned two extremely dependable RX350s. This was our first time at Parker Lexus, though, and we were impressed. We were on the market for a pre-owned sporty car, sales representative Jesse spent a couple of hours showing us the possibilities and allowing us to test drive them, even looking up models at nearby dealerships with our preferred paint colors and interiors. It was a relaxed welcoming experience. For anyone who hasn't owned a Lexus, this would be a great place to join the family.

I can't say enough good about the team at Parker Lexus! This is hands down THE most professional dealership anywhere. We just bought our second vehicle from Parker Lexus, so we have about twelve years of history with this top-notch organization. So let me give a shout-out to e few people:
Daniel Arreguin, Sales Associate - totally accommodating, flexible, patient, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the entire line of Lexus vehicles. Daniel was a pleasure to work with. If you're interested in buying a new Lexus, Daniel is your man.
Chris Bradley, Service Advisor - Chris has been our service advisor for years, and we aren't switching! Every time we bring the vehicle in, he goes over every detail of what we need, sends us pictures and videos and makes recommendations for addressing issues that he finds, and always has the vehicle ready when he says he will. Chris is 100% professional!
Jorge Garcia Bazan, Courtesy Car Manager - Jorge is the best face for the Parker team. He is friendly and courteous to a fault, goes the extra mile to make sure that Parker clients get in and out quickly in a beautiful, spotless courtesy vehicle, and treats his clients like royalty. This man is awesome!
Brittany Wood, Finance Manager - nobody looks forward to all the paperwork connected with buying a new vehicle, but Brittany makes it a piece of cake! She's got the documents ready when you get there, goes over everything in detail, reviews every option available, and makes absolutely sure that you understand every bit of it before you sign. She's a wizard!
Sheridan Wisdom, Delivery Specialist - when you pick up that new Lexus, with all its amazing features, don't worry about a thing. Sheridan is a technological whiz, knows every feature of every vehicle, demonstrates every bell and whistle, and is an excellent teacher. She'll make sure you understand what your car can do before you drive off the lot, and if you forget anything at all, she's available by phone any time to help out.
Dave Parker runs an absolutely first-rate operation. Everything about Parker Lexus is absolutely top shelf. We love this dealership, and so will you. Don't buy from anyone else!

Black and Brown Customers beware of the elephant in the room! This dealership doesn't represent you at any level from sales to service. See how many people look like you the next time your at this location. Having the best qualified people in all positions is the last thing on their list. Lexus Co. gets negative 5 stars due to the fact they only have one LEXUS dealership in Arkansas. If they had a competitor they would come in last due to the way they treat non white customers. Look at the old negative Google Reviews. They are all true and it shows how long this culture has existed at Parker Lexus. Nothing is 5 star about this location. You can fool yourself but the long time Elephant in the Room is alive a well at Parker Lexus! How do you expect anything to change when the same people running it are still working there in manager positions. Don't expect no diversity from management down to the car detailer. I know there are those who think highly of this dealership and probably 90% are non black and brown customers. One day your turn will come when their true colors are revealed. Like I said read the old negative Google Reviews and you will see 20 year repeat customers are unhappy (this includes white customers). They don't value repeat customers. They claim they do but they don't. FYI: The service department customer survey cards they mail to you are a joke. They want you to give them 5 stars for treating you as a unvalued repeat customer. This dealership is still designed for older folks. The building make over does change the culture inside the building. They don't offer anything for the younger generation like Mercedes and BMW. They got a new Porsche dealership coming to West Little Rock very soon. This will feel that void for young black and brown money looking for something else rather than 100K LC which is the only real so called sports car Lexus offer. You only have two choices smh. Just remember Black and Brown Lexus Priority Customers you may be smiling today and crying tomorrow and that is a fact. One last thing: Their new slogan is Parker Lexus is a place where customers refer their friends LOL! Did they mean a place where black and brown customers WARN their friends on what to expect ( Elephant in the Room)! Steve Landers has preowned Lexus. Landers is know for the same culture but you have to give him more credit because he has a diverse work force from the top to the bottom. He knows where is profitable customer basis is! That elephant in the room cause him to loose in a landslide for LR Mayor when he ran against Mayor Frank Scott Jr. He took Mayor Scott to get LR like is now and for bring real business to LR. When you treat people wrong, it will come back to you aka KARMA. Yours don't have to come from a place where you are not appreciated. Warn your friends and family and do business with them at your own RISK! They are known for selling cars from underneath you so beware. Do your research and look at the tenure of the employees currently there you can find it on their website. Look at the few ones that have 10 years or more ( managers). Rumor is that the experienced work force leaves and seek higher wages elsewhere. They expect loyalty but your it's not reflected on your paycheck. The turn around is ridiculous at Parker Lexus. Seems to be the only ones with 10 years or more must be related to the Parkers. They are not there because they are the best for the job and that is a fact. High end dealership at the very least vacuums out the front two floor boards of your vehicle. I haven't seen it done one time on any off our vehicles purchased from Parker Lexus. The Parker Pledge that you see in the offices is a smoke screen. They don't stand by their pledge when you purchase your vehicle from them. The old negative Google reviews are still current in 2024. There is power in numbers. If you have experienced any disparity of treatment from Parker Lexus, let it be known on GOOGLE REVIEWS. Lexus Inc. one day will take notice and give us a better option in Arkansas.

I drive a brand new 2024 NX F-sport
I had an appointment at 10 AM, and I arrived ten minutes early. My car just finished at 12:25 PM. It takes me an hour to drive up here and an hour to drive back. When I asked about my car at 11:40 AM, the service attendant told me it would be 15-20 minutes max as they were finishing up and going to wash and vacuum my car. Thirty minutes later, when I inquired again, she became visibly frustrated with me, displaying a very poor attitude. Her irritation was clear from her tone and facial expressions. She claimed my car was being washed and vacuumed, but it clearly wasn't vacuumed or washed.
To make matters worse, I still don't know what state my car is in or have the paperwork detailing what it needs. I've never had an issue with the male service attendants, but this woman not only couldn't provide proper information, she also had an attitude despite me giving her more time. She mentioned that on average, every oil change takes this long. However, at the Cadillac, Jaguar, and Mercedes dealerships, I've never had to wait this long nor dealt with such an attitude.
I definitely do not recommend this place unless you want to experience an attitude and the longest service time ever.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience here! Ethan was great to work with. He answered every single question through email/text promptly and kindly. We decided to make the 2.5 hour trip to purchase a vehicle. When we arrived, the vehicle we were looking at was pulled up front and ready to test drive. Lacie was incredible and wonderful to work with as well. It was the smoothest car deal we’ve ever done. As if all of this wasn’t enough, we received the cutest plant from a local florist company with a thank you note from Parker Lexus! Wow! You guys are top notch. We will definitely be returning customers in the future! Thank you for everything!
