Parker Audi services my 2012 Audi A4 on regular intervals. The service advisor, Greg, is always friendly and provides answers to all my questions. My Audi gets serviced and a wash every time in a timely manner. Parker Audi is my go to auto business!

Regarding the new purchase of our 2022 Q7. 5 stars for Sam (sales). That was a fluid process that was quite enjoyable. I highly recommend Sam, he was great to work with and always available for anything at all. He’s not a robot. You a get a personable experience from someone being real and calls things for what they are. None of that cringe worthy salesman stuff. Jesus I want to vomit just thinking of that. Even all this time after the purchase. The service dept killed this review. I can’t even remember how many things were wrong that they didn’t acknowledge. It was always something- we can’t read the code today, need to reschedule, we couldn’t reproduce the issue, they never even managed to get the recall fixed. I’d need to go back to be thorough, but we had this car in and out of the shop for over a year (very brief stints). And I will mention, all the rim protection and paint repair they completed, wore off after a month. Not only that, but whatever they did to repair the rims has caused the entire gloss coat to peel back. I even had a low oil after my last service with them. Which is frustrating when you prepay for 50k miles worth of services.Anyways, we moved back to the Austin area and were able to get the car right in the shop. This was by the grace of whatever sky pie you pray to, because the car was going in and out of limp mode. It did take Austin over a month to finally fix everything, but they provided a beautifully specced Q5 for the duration.Overall:Sam-5 starsfinance guy -1 star. I walked in with a USAA pre approval at a rate that everyone knew Audi couldn’t touch, that guy just kept pushing us to let them try and finance, and upscale this and that - this is the cringeworthy stuff I’m speaking of. Some people just can’t accept a reasonable no. Had Sam not been such a wonderful guy, that would’ve killed the deal for me.Service dept MANAGEMENT - 0 starsBottom line, you’re stuck with Parker if you don’t want to travel. Get in there and see Sam, he will take care of you.

I recently had my first maintenance check up and 10K oil change. The staff here are awesome. Clayton took very good care of us. We needed a quick turn around. Dropped off my vehicle at 7:30 am and it was ready by 10:00 am. The cookies I received were delicious.

My nephew drove from Blue Springs, Missouri to this dealership after searching the web for months to find just what he was looking for...He thought he found the perfect certified pre- owned vehicle with 60,000 miles at a dealership that surely take good care of their customers.....Wrong! 3 days after the purchase the turbo blew and they told him he was beat. I could be wrong, but I'm thinking that's why they have certified vehicles and they cost so much more! They have records of all maintenence and are supposed to back these vehicles if something like this happens! So as of now, he don't have a vehicle to get back and forth to work and is looking at a $6,500 bill plus the costs of the tow bills. My nephew is 19 years old and works hard for everything he has. I would not buy a vehicle at this business.

I was moving into Little Rock this week from Tenneesee and in my hurry to get to the new house to meet contractors, I hit a curb a blew my tire. I literally do not know a soul in Little Rock so I panicked! I called Audi and Clay accepted my car via tow. He, luckily, had my tire in stock and had the car evaluated and fixed in an hour!Knowing that I was stranded without a ride, he sent a driver to come get me and bring me to the dealership. If that wasn’t enough, he had a yummy bunch of cookies waiting for me in my car. Turned my day around!What an incredible service experience.We have 4 Audis and will be very loyal to Clay moving forward.

Sam at Parker Audi is why I am posting my first review ever. I never spend the time to review anyone so if I'm doing it that means something. The customer service he provided was superior! He explained everything, was patient, transparent, and thorough. He made this process super easy for me as I had visited all of Audi's competitors prior to stopping by and the service provided by him got my attention. Please tell all your network to go by and see Sam! I will be definitely be telling my network about him! Thanks again!

The service department at Audi of Little Rock did an amazing job on my car. They kept me informed as things progressed. They are extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend purchasing from or servicing your vehicle at any of the Parker Automotive dealerships.

I have never dealt with such a stuck up dealership as this one. My car got damaged in the Little Rock tornado on March 31st. My car was brought to Parker Audi by a body shop, to have some programing and calibrations done after they had done the body work. It sat at the Audi dealership for at least a week and when the body shop called for an update today someone there told them that they didn't know when they would get to my car because my car wasn't a priority. Because I don't usually take my car to them I wasn't import and a priority customer. I don't know how long my car would have sat there if the body shop hadn't made the call to go pick it back up. I understand their service department at Audi may be busy but I would have much rather had them tell them that, then just being down right rude and saying I wasn't a priority. It took about 2 hours else where for them to get my car in and out. This is the not the first time I have dealt with snobs at a Parker dealership so I don't know why I am surprised. 0 I do not recommend them.

Left a 5 star review initially for the purchase experience and customer service quality.A few days later the car I bought broke down in a big, expensive way. It’s out of warranty and they won’t help so I’m going to come out of pocket thousands of dollars eight days after driving it off the lot. They may not have known this would happen but 8 days in to owning a car is unacceptable.

Genuinely can't say enough good things about Parker Audi. Everyove I've talked to at Parker has been absolutely fantastic, especially Sam Callahan. Everyone treats you like a potential customer regardless of what you look like, no one is pushy, and they're very fair on trade in values. They're also very fair on their car pricing, I called every Audi dealer in Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Tennessee, and all but Parker and one other wanted $10k - $15k over sticker for the car I was shopping for. Parker wanted MSRP.I ordered an RS3 and received regular updates from Sam along the way. Once I got an allocation Sam suggested locking in interest rates, and I'm glad he did because it saved me a fortune. The car I ordered had it's MSRP bumped up a bit by Audi corporate, and Parker gave me a rebate so I only paid MSRP from when I originally put my order in. In today's day and age, that's above and beyond. Once the car got delivered, Parker was able to work with my hectic schedule and get things done while I was crunched for time.Tyler in Finance was a pleasure to work with as well, he had some great advice and is the gold standard for how the finance department should treat a client. He wasn't pushy, and offered some great insight into how things worked.If you're looking to buy or order an Audi, there's no better place to go. Just be sure to ask for Sam Callahan -- he is an absolute pleasure to work with!

I HATE this place.. I been had my car over 3 years and I have to deal with them. They are rude and racist! I’m a young black woman who have issues everytime I have to bring my car for service. They make a way where I can’t never use a courtesy car while my car being serviced on but have my car for more than a month each time I need service. No matter what the service I’m getting. I HATE this the only place other than driving to Memphis for services. I call corporate everytime I have to deal with them. Please avoid going here to purchase or for services!

My service representative Greg is an outstanding person with an in-depth knowledge of the Audi auto families. Any question I’ve ever asked concerning my 2018 Q7 or my newly purchased A6, Greg had the answer and solution. We are very appreciative of his service and the manner in which he has taken care of our vehicles.

I recently brought my older A6 in to have work done on the suspension. I have been a Parker customer for at least 8 years and have always been treated with good humor , respect , and friendliness by Greg Citron and everyone else at the dealership. I will continue to be a customer because the professionalism and willingness to go the extra steps to satisfy me are truly appreciated.
