I needed to get a key programmed for my new Atlas. I was just a walk in and they got it in and out in less than 3 hrs. The people were friendly as could be. Everyone else just said drop it off and we will try to get to it. You earned my business for service. We bought our Atlas out of state and needed to find a dealer to service it.

As far as service you are doing nothing right. 4 trips under warranty to fix the same problem. Charged $260 while under warranty. I have no doubt we will be back in a month with the airbag issue.
Getting the attention of the service manager is impossible. We bought our last 3 cars at that dealership. Next car Honda ! Additional comments as of July 2024. I attempted the 4th time to get the airbag recall fixed. They refused service noting I cannot be satisfied. Great dealership. Not ! Update. Mclartey VW took care of my Air Bag fault the 1st visit (not 4) ! They didn't even try to bait and switch a free oil change like LR VW (when in fact you never get an oil change because they try and wear you down with sales pressure to trade it in) what a dreadful dealership. It was great until Owens Murphy sold it to this regime.

Service department is HORRIBLE. My husband brought my Taos in for an oil change and to check a tire. Waited for 2+hours. Didn't get 2 minutes down the road and the plastic under carriage COMES OFF OF MY CAR WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE INTERSTATE! husband looks it over, and apparently no one put the screws back on after changing the oil! He calls, service dept has the audacity to ask if he can bring it back up there. A manager finally arrives to help my husband but brings the wrong screws.. ? finally got it back to the dealership and fixed but before my husband leaves, he notices that they didn't put the valve stem cap back on my tire.. absolutley ridiculous. This is not the first issue and I assume will not be the last. I love my Taos but at this point I'd rather get a different vehicle just so I don't have to deal with them anymore!

They were great to work with! I've never serviced my vehicle there before, so I was a little nervous, but they were absolutely wonderful, great time frames, stuck to the schedule they told me, and flexible with my schedule. I would definitely recommend servicing your vehicle here, everyone was very friendly and had open communication with me through each step of the process!

A friend bought a used suv from them that they knew wasn't ready for the road. Tires were bad, rotors and brakes needed to be fixed and it looks like it has 1,000 pounds in the cargo area making it squat in the rear. When they said they would like to take it to a mechanic, they laughed and told them they had done a "multi-point inspection" and taking it to a mechanic would not be necessary. When they called, they refused to fix it and the said the sales person doesn't even work there anymore! Completely unacceptable!
