“I shopped a national chain store before coming to LaHarpe’s Office Furniture. My shopping experience at LaHarpe’s Office Furniture was far superior to my shopping experience at the national chain store. The price of the locking storage cabinet was competitive. The quality of the locking storage cabinet at LaHarpe’s was far superior. And the service at LaHarpe’s greatly exceeded the service at the national chain.Although the national chain’s website stated they would deliver to any room on any floor, the national chain would NOT deliver my locking storage cabinet to my home office on the second floor. LaHarpe’s gladly delivered my locking storage cabinet to my second floor office and provided same day delivery. In fact, they delivered within a few HOURS of my visit to the store. It would have been DAYS before the national chain would delivery to my font porch.I highly recommend LaHarpe’s office furniture.”

I can understand the challenge of a one man operation.Orignal review before owner's response:Took a half mile walk to grab a ream of paper, they had a sign hanging with the time they would return, waited ten minutes past and still empty.I would recommend calling first!! I could have driven to north little rock and back had I known.Hopefully in the future they will be open, available and have what I need. If that is the case I can improve this rating and review.”

If you don't like the product and need exchange or refund, it's done the next day and oh, when you/I order, it's to our 9 branch's and here in the central office...THE NEXT DAY!! Our branch's are from Pocahontas to Star City. They will price match with no worries, just a great family owned company that will be here forever because of their practices and people that work for them!! SBurnett”
