I can not stress enough how great of an experience I had. Brooks and Ethan did an amazing job and you won’t find better movers than Mustard Seed. Thank you so much for your help, professionalism, and making this experience so much easier for me. They literally take the stress out of moving.

What a downhill turn for this company. I should have read the reviews. I don't ever plan to use them or refer them.The movers admitted the damage to the items on site, saw what they had done and 30 days later after various calls and emails. They will not fix. They so care alot more than the estimate. Shameful!!!

I have had several movers that I hired in my life. But I have never had men who actually have done such a phenomenal move as I did by using Mustard Seed Movers. Shane was so professional, prompt and friendly. His men were on time, so careful and so kind. They moved me from Little Rock to Hot Springs quickly, efficiently and professionally. The price was more than fair. I thank them for making my last move my best move.

We had previously used Mustard Seed Moving in the past when we had them move our things from our house to a local storage facility. They showed up on time with a nice truck and all of their supplies, were very courteous and went straight to work. SUPER impressed! We felt very taken care of at that point. THEN, five years later, we needed to hire them again to help us move things we still had at the storage facility into their truck and then over to my brother's house where the POD was. They were hired to load the truck at the storage facility and then help pack the POD that would be headed to Washington state the next day. We had no reason to expect anything different than our previous experience. We were so wrong. While they did show up on time, they were in this shabby box truck that in no way said "mustard seed movers". The two guys were acting very sketchy. They were filthy and shady. They both acted like they were high on drugs. We should have fired them on the spot. They moved very slowly and seemed to just place our things in the moving truck (and POD) willy-nilly. In fact, driving from the storage facility to the location of the POD, they LITERALLY drove no more than 45mph on the interstate! We had to pull over onto the shoulder three times to wait for them to catch up. They told us that they would need to follow us to the location because they didn't have a cell phone to use for a map. If we hadn't continued to pull over, they wouldn't have had a clue where to go. I was BEYOND pissed. When we got to the POD location, I asked them what the problem was and they said that they were having problems with the truck and that it couldn't go over 45mph. GIVE ME A BREAK. Again...we were livid. We called Jason after the move was finished to explain to him what happened. He brushed us off and said that he had the best employees, as if to make me feel like I was a liar. We were so shocked at his response. If those are your best employees, you might want to shut it down, dude. Now fast forward to today. Yes, it has taken us nearly a year to unpack all of our boxes from the POD. We wanted to be very deliberate and organized with it. We are missing so many things...fine china, sterling flatware, sterling serveware, and fine lead crystal pieces. This is ridiculous. Those were wedding gifts! ALL OF OUR BOXES WERE LABELED WITH EXACTLY WHAT WAS IN THEM so these boxes would have CLEARLY stated "fine china, sterling serveware, crystal, etc". So, I would like to know just what the hell happened. Where is the rest of our stuff???

They scratched everything they touched. My refrigerator has dents and scratches and the cover over hinges/wires on top of door is broken. They tried to get fridge out of old house without taking off door handles or taking front door off hinges even though they were told about this beforehand. They carried the grandfather clock in sideways until I had a fit. The piano got more scratches added in one day than in the previous 40 years. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Movers preferred not to use dollies or blankets to protect our furniture! They were very rushed. Many items were scratched. One item was badly damaged. Shane has not responded to my texts about the damage. I would not recommend. Cost was more than estimated by quite a bit.

Movers dropped and broke my (really nice, expensive, heavy) table during the move. They apologized profusely and Jason, owner, said that he would get me the documents for an insurance claim. Then radio silence. I've asked for the documents and the process several times but he is not responding to my calls or texts. The did not wrap, blanket, or otherwise take any measures to protect any of my items during the move.

We scheduled a hot shot move and after a week they finally made it to the pick up destination only to refuse the load. After calling the owner, I was informed that my couch would take too long and if I wanted to use their service it was a 3 hour minimum. Would not recommend.
