Had a lot of cool hands on exhibits. The tornado simulation in a basement setting and the climbing tower is really cool. My kids are 13 and 10 and both had a great time. There's are two nice large areas designated for the littles. Staff was friendly and were always around cleaning and being helpful. There are also some designated quiet areas when kids need a break. Would definitely come again.

Excellent children's place. We were there when they opened and closed the place down. Great programs throughout the day. Animal encounters. Chemistry. Electricity. Art. Climbing. Building. Legos. Light. Earth and natural disasters. Great toddlers area, blocked off and less noisy. Quiet zone if needed. STEM area. So many places for the kiddos to be creative. $10 admission, can't beat that since we spent 8 hrs there! No food, except a few snacks sold in gift shop but we're a pack your lunch family so they have a whole area of tables for you to bring your own. Plenty of hands sanitizer places, filled!! (Not empty as is common sometimes). Would love this in our area and we would be members if we were local.

Who ever decided to close the two most child-friendly rooms during the summer should be fired. What were you thinking?

Amazing place. We loved all the science activities, and my kids loved the play areas. The area for 6 and under was amazing and had a dedicated nursing/pumping room with a changing station!! No food allowed in the museum areas but they have a room where you can sit to eat, and the bathrooms were spacious and clean.

Stopped here while driving through Arkansas with our four kids ages 2-9. Everyone had a blast. The hands-on exhibits were so creative and many encouraged my kids to stay and experiment for a long time, like the section with supplies to build chain reaction devices. We loves the musical Tesla coil and liquid nitrogen demonstrations, and the play areas for little kids and big kids were both a lot of fun.
Parking was a little tricky as there's a bunch of construction going on around the museum, but there is a parking garage nearby if you spot and follow the signs. The large bathrooms had changing tables and were nice and clean. There is one specific area for eating and there are a few snacks available in the gift shop, but nowhere to buy meals, so pack one if you plan to be there a while.

What an amazing experience. The kids loved it, and so did the adults. As you can see from the videos. This place really helps to engage the minds of kids and adults. This place operates off of donations, and they need some more because there are a lot of broken items. We need a rich Arkansas resident to help them out because this place is amazing. I love the location as well. You can play, learn, and then walk outside and find some food. We'll be back.

Went on a school field trip. Multiple schools just didn't have enough time to do everything.

The museum was so much better than I remember, probably because they updated and added so many cool new exhibits. My children (6 & 3) and I went and there were so many thing for them to do!! The Room to Grow area was perfect for my 3 year old who could have stayed in there all day, there's a play area for the Littles in there and a grocery shopping area plus more hands on activities for them to discover. As for my 6 year old, who also could have stayed in the play area designated for his age range, loved the weather and earth science area where you can play with and learn about different weather conditions and animals and their habitats and roles in them. We will definitely be making a return trip soon!!

We rented out the Museum of Discovery recently for our wedding reception. The venue is outstanding, with a large, open area called the Great Hall up front; and plenty of exhibit space for the young and young at heart to explore.
The Museum was accommodating and great to work with (you can select your own caterer and bar; a huge plus!)

Absolutely adorable! Fun engaging exhibits and activities. Very reasonable priced and I love that they have a program with a local bank to allow less privileged patrons attend for a massively reduced price of $2! We spent HOURS there and really could have spent the whole day there! Lots of hands on too. I do wish they offered some sort of food or even snacks or concessions and drinks. Definitely check it out if you get a chance. I will note it's probably best for ages 2-10 maybe 12 tops. Then again I'm 45 and I enjoyed it soooo. ️LOL

Poor set up and really nothing to do for younger children ranging ages 2-4 except for 1 room. Also, it's a children's museum of science and discovery. Why are adults being charged 17 bucks a piece to enter while children 12 and under are free? Charge by the child according to age and adults should be free since we are actually there to just watch our children.
