I been going here for about 20years. I’ve always asked for oil change and used the $29.99 coupon no problem, but this time was charged $78 and coupon couldn’t be used because they gave me full synthetic than my usual oil. Not going back

I had an amazingly wonderful experience this morning. Thank you Chris and staff. I had a nail in my tire. I have a veteran licence plate on my vehicle stating which war I participated in and branch. At checkout he asked who was the service member. I explained I was and it is also on mt DL license. I never inquired about a discount or mentioned it. He refused to charge me for the flat repair stating they didn't charge vets for flat repair as a way of saying thank you for our service. Thet don't advertise this. It was a wonderful surprise. I am almost in need of rear tires and you can sure bet this will be the place I purchase them here.

Had a flat. Took tire in and even though the tire was not repairable they were able to mount a new tire on and replaced the donut with the new tire and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Thanks to all involved.

Phone rings and goes straight to voicemail every time. If I were able to talk to someone and schedule an appointment I would love to earn their business.

Everyone at this business is pleasant, honest, and cohesive. No funny diagnoses, and very straightforward in what needs to be done, and what can wait. Very fairly priced for services, but for their transparency, speed of services, and honesty, I don’t see why anyone would go anywhere else to try to save a buck when an honest mechanic is priceless.

The only somewhat good thing that happened in our experience here was that they TRIED to patch the tire rather than sell us a new one. They were supposed to buff the area around the patch and didn’t. They were supposed to peel off that red tape so that the patch would actually stick and as you can see, they didn’t. They were also supposed to wait and give it time for the glue to dry, and they didn’t. Not only did they not fix the spot with a nail, they drilled a new hole. We got home and had a flat tire once again the same weekend and took it to Walmart since this place wasn't open. Walmart pointed out all these incorrect things. All it takes is one bad experience like this to lose a customer forever because this is our car and our safety being put at risk. At this point we are likely going to have to get a new tire elsewhere because of this incompetence. Pictures show all this.

In the last 10 days i have had oil changes done on 2 vehicles at the Moore Robinson on Markham in Little Rock. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. It is first come, first served so you will not encounter the kind of attitude you will get at other places that want to give you an appointment for 2 or 3 weeks down the road, then tell you to leave your car all day.

I came here by chance as I was recommended to try them for an oil change as they’d have availability on a Saturday. Well another mechanic shop wasn’t truthful and they looked at all things I asked the other shop to do and they said they did, but didn’t. They were honest with me the whole time about the work needing to be done on my old car and showed me what the issues were. I’ll be back soon to get all the repairs done when parts are in. I trust them. My dad states away is an honest and trustworthy mechanic and they gave me the same honest vibe he gives to others. 100% recommend this location and staff
