Do not recommend. I was overcharged for a unit. When I brought the issue to the manager, she not only did not solve my problem, but also questioned me why it took so long to bring that up. Upper management never returned my calls.

Can you say “Bait & Switch?” Because that is what US Storage (aka Westport Properties) practices.
I signed a contract for a space that rents for $94 per month. Four months later, the rent was raised to $171.
So beware. The contract you sign means nothing to these people. They WILL raise your rent.
