“I think several of the reviews below may have been intended for another branch, company or are from fake accounts. I have had first hand experience with both Schwab and this branch and I can report, without exception, that the customer service is well ahead of any other provider I have done business with in the region.My rep. has been respectful, helpful, available and taken care of issues with a very quick response time. Additionally, I have had several special wire, transfer, multiple account and corporate account needs and all have been fulfilled by Schwab corporate specialists with very little friction.While I don't want dispute others experiences or Gas Light, I can say that I was surprise to see the low star marks and also the comments -- I have only had 5-star experiences.”

My closest branch is now only 25 minutes from me, it used to be 45 minutes (my choice to move to the small town life). “Exceptional customer service over the past 2 weeks that I have visited this location from the moment I walked up; the door opened and I was warmly greeted by tellers waiting to serve me at the door. Hospitality was outstanding. My next visit was through the drive through and I realized they have upgraded the drive through no sending my deposit up the shoot to my surprise and again excellent service. Good popcorn and dumdums were just an added touch.”

“This is the location where I opened my first account. The tellers and the manager are just wonderful and understanding. I had a situation with my job and my funds were never right(through my job not the bank) it was very frustrating. For me it was embarrassing but they understood and made it easy for me. They didn’t have to listen but they did which made me feel comfortable. I had a serious issue with the Cantrell location, which was closer to my home and I will never go there again. I prefer to drive the few extra miles to this location because of how professional, courteous, willing to help overall outstanding customer service. If I could give them one hundred stars, I would. “I am a very happy customer. As soon as I walked into the Cypress Center Branch, a gentlemen greeted me by asking how he could help. I was there for about an hour asking many questions about account options and several employees assisted me with everything I needed. I want to highly commend Daniel and Deondra for explaining the options in detail and helping me set up a new account and I also want to commend Beth who stepped in to answer additional questions. All three employees were extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend the Cypress Center Branch and its employees. Kudos to them for being customer-centered and courteous!”
