The store is large and well-lit, allowing the colors of the products to be easily seen. Additionally, there are self-checkout stations, which facilitate smooth payment.

I came in with a large balloon order when they were relatively slow but slowly the store got much busier with customers requesting refunds etc. The staff remained curtious and friendly with all the customers coming through (and with me and my balloon order).

1/23/25 Excellent experience today in the custom framing department. JAMIE, an employee, was amazing kind, patient and helpful without ever getting frazzled. I greatly appreciated her help and wonderful attitude.
