Twice he came to let me know the status and the issue. He went further in explaining a potential problem in the near future and what was causing my current issue. I'm no mechanic but understood exactly with his explanation. He was curious and professional in every aspect.He went over and beyond. You don't get this much anymore from workers. “We were towing a trailer on a summer road trip and needed both tires replaced. Normal U-Hauls don't do that. You have to call roadside assistance and wait several hours for them to show up. Luckily this U-Haul is a full service center and services most of the state's U-Haul equipment. They immediately took care of us and made our work their top priority. These guys saved us HOURS on the side of the road. Yay!! Love these guys!!!”

The only down side here is more parking space is needed. It's a U-Haul place, storage facility, and post office all in one! But definitely some of the best service you'll get at any place around!”

“Quick, easy, and very friendly experience renting a 15’ truck. Truck was clean and functioned well, but could have used new windshield wipers and the radio did not work at all (we had to drive for five hours, oof).
Saved a lot of time registering on the app first, so I recommend that. Another thing is on the app I pre-registered for a furniture dolly, which the location did not have prepared for me for my visit a few days later. Instead they asked if I would like to buy expensive equipment from them. Wasn’t too much of an incovenience for me (and they took off the dolly charge), but should be noted.
