The customer service person was so over the top rude I just left. Orders phone and service online. Paid and got nothing they sent the new phone and dim card to wrong address. Then tells me it's my problem to get it.. I don't even live in the city where they sent it. Have you info of ups shipping number nothing. Just a reduction. On my y bank statement . To kick it even better they told me it will self activate in 5 days. Wth? T-Mobile needs to search or go down.

Went in this morning to pay my bill and get it fixed where I wasn't paying for a month I didn't have service, and dealt with the rudest employee I've ever dealt with at any of the locations. She constantly tried to talk over me and after asking her to stop and let me talk 3 or 4 times I told her to shut up and listen. She got an attitude but was quiet for about 20seconds. She then went back to interrupting and talking over me. Wont go back to that store till she is fired.

This is the worst Metro pcs in the world I have 8 lines and one of them Felix gave me a phone but put the wrong numbers in so the account showed I bought a different phone then I go to get something fixed and they wont help because he has everything not matching up I then go back to felix for a case and he tells me 24.99 for a very low grade case someone with 8 lines should really STAY AWAY from this store dont buy anything from them or have them help u the broadway store in nlr will give you a good case for 10 dollars and respect you
