My visit to Little Rock brought me to this store. I was visiting from Florida and I dropped my phone and you guessed it I needed a new one. I want to compliment the two ladies whom helped me with my purchase. They knew what they were doing. They had my phone all set to go in minutes. I was very impressed with their knowledge and awesome customer service. Thanks ladies .

Excellent customer service. Went to get a prepaid phone, Micki was outstanding in understanding our needs and helping us to get an affordable solution. She was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this place for professional and efficient service.

I took a relative in to pay her bill. She was recently released from the hospital and had not paid the bill in 2 months.A young black male assisted us. He provided outstanding service, he lowered her bill and changed the due to fit her. Two other ladies were working behind the counter, one was in training. Both of those ladies were so polite and helpful to the customers. I highly recommend this location. There are still businesses that treat customers with dignity and respect. Thank you.

Horrible hostile staff . Her actions were so far beyond reasonable I'll never go back for any reason. No choice of phones with their promotions . I was told this is the only free phone you are getting up in here as she literally slammed in on the counter. She applied 70$ worth of product I knew nothing about until it was done and I was paying . 185$ doesn't quite mean free by any means. Worst it's a junk phone! She had another elderly ladies bank info on the loud speaker for us all to hear.after she told the lady literally F you . I mean my gracious. Not a good day at the metro
