This place is the worse place to take your vehicle for repairs. Everytime I take my car they fix it for days! I have my car up there now and I dropped it off yesterday morning for an appointment at 9am and they said it's not gonna be ready until mid morning on Monday. After getting a quote of 2k for a fuel injector and spark plugs I want my car done the same day. Especially when I see shop people standing around not working. Mercedes yall are over priced and need to get it together!!!! Months ago I was quoted 3k to fix my massage seats. I bought the part online for $200 and it took me 10 mins to take my trunk apart and plug the part in and I'm a woman. Mercedes-Benz you guys are ripping your customers off left and right and the entire Mercedes-Benz company needs to be ashamed!!! You guys didn't even offer me a courtsey car!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Mercedes of Little Rock. The service person and hostess helped me with my car and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. Despite not purchasing my car there, the service was impeccable. Highly recommend!
