The buying experience was fine, but everything since then has been far more of a hassle than it needs to be with very inconsistent and overall poor customer service at both the local and national level. I will never own a Volvo again as a result of my interactions with this dealership and the company at large.

I love this place! Everyone is so nice and extremely professional. I am very pleased with their service. Quick and efficient and just great people overall. Coming from a perfectionist’s perspective, it is difficult for me not to find something wrong with just about anything. I cannot say good enough things about this place. I highly recommend them.

I knew Volvos were great cars, what I didn't know was just how amazing the dealership and service department at McLarty was going to be! Friendly people who really care about their customers and their customer's experience. There are complimentary drinks and snacks (The BMW dealership doesn't have anything but coffee and water), and very comfortable seating!
I just learned they have an all inclusive subscription service (it even includes the insurance)! There is a minimum 5 monthh term but there isn't a buy-in like on a lease, just the monthly cost... what a great way to try their new all electric model coming out next year!
It's called "Care By Volvo"... stop by and see Steven or Keith and tell them Regina said Hi!
