My wife and I set out yesterday morning planning on visiting a number of mattress stores in Little Rock after which we would make our decision on a new mattress purchase. However, our first stop happened to be Mattress King on Bowman Rd. Our salesman was Donnie Garrison, whose knowledge and relational style was able to hear what we wanted and show us the Tempur-Pedic mattress that truly was perfect for us. The mattress was so right for us that we bought it on the spot and canceled the mattress hunt. Great thanks to Donnie Garrison!

If you’re looking for a mattress look no further than Mattress King! Donnie Garrison is the man to talk to. He’s the manager there. Donnie is more knowledgeable and caring than any mattress dealer in the state of Arkansas and I’ve talked to just about everyone of them too. Donnie is like the Doctor of sleep and when you tell him you need this man will go above and beyond to take care of you’re needs just like he did me.

The experience is amazing, I have a obnoxious 5 year old and he is wonderful with him so that was a plus as well. If you need a better sleep with a great reasonable price, come on down he'll get you right.

If I could review below one star I would. We purchased a Stearns and Foster -Hurston pillow top mattress at the end of August 2022. The salesperson did a great job of promoting the quality of the mattress and how much personal enjoyment had been experienced as an owner of that brand. SOLD!! Five months later we started feeling the effects of body impressions (MK language) in the mattress and wondering if this was a defective mattress or some other issue (neither of us is obese). After many pictures, phone calls, double-speak, condescension from Mattress King they are still maintaining that a warranty claim will not be approved. I complained through the BBB and gave them ample opportunity to respond before writing this review. Their solution was to rotate the mattress which we have done. Starting to feel lumpy now on the other end. So I guess we will keep rotating until the lumps are deep enough for them to respond. I am documenting everything with dates and pictures so maybe they will finally at least inspect their product. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the response from Mattress King because the mattress was not cheap it just feels cheap after not even 6 months usage. If you still want to purchase a mattress from MK please be sure to ask for a copy of their warranty claim form before you leave the store. We never received it prior to today in the BBB complaint process. I received an “I’m sorry” with regard to never receiving the full warranty information and disclosures. Even when I called the store twice no one offered up that paperwork. My reaction to that is they do not want the consumer to exercise the warranty or they don’t care. They focus on the mattress tag remaining intact and that is it. Be informed and aware of your rights!

Beware that they don’t allow you to trade backwards with the 90 day comfort policy. We bought a temper pedic pro adapt mattress and discovered that the mattress feels hot. Drove in to the store today to check our options about maybe going with a pillow top so we wouldn’t be hot, but was told that they don’t allow you to trade backwards because they will not refund any money and therefore I would lose that money. Sounds like the higher the price tag, the more they make. The sales person should have been up front about that point when we were shopping and before we spent $3900 on a mattress that feels hot. We were not told about the “backwards “ trade but was told today that it is posted somewhere in the store.

Before going to Mattress King I stopped at Matress firm across the street. The guy in there was like a robot and didn't listen to my needs. Every bed he showed me was over 2,000$ for just the mattress. So I left and went to Matress King. Sarah is the best. She explains how the beds are made, what the best comfort for the way you sleep and takes into account if you have another person sleeping with you. Helped me stay within my budget but still get great comfort. I recommend Matress King over all of the other matress places out there.

Fantastic salespeople! Donnie and Sara are two of the nicest, most professional people I've ever dealt with. Both helped me get out of a bind that I had gotten myself in, I really do appreciate them. Very knowledgeable about their products, and told me to be patient while purchasing any new Mattress they didn't rush me, and both were patient with me. I now call them friends, I would absolutely recommend stopping by to see them!

I recently purchased a mattress set and worked with Donnie. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He shared a range of options to meet my needs, at various price points. Ultimately, I decided on the mattress he recommended and it was delivered today by Jason. Jason was extremely professional and quickly removed my old bed and set up the new one. I am excited to sleep on the new mattress and look forward to doing business with Donnie, Sarah, and Mattress King again!

My salesperson, Sara, is someone from whom I have purchased mattresses before. She was personable, professional, and provided all the information I was seeking. She was helpful in allowing me to choose exactly what I wanted and arranged for the special order and delivery. What's not to love?
